The view of the gulf of Naples is nice as long as you have a room with a view. A number of rooms do not have a view. The staff are very cordial and tries to help withing the hotel capabilities. In my opinion, the hotel is definitely not a 4 stars. The shuttle van was in bad conditions, the fridge did not work. The hotel does not look like newly built as the ad says and the breakfast buffet is very basic. The hotel is not 2 km for the center but almost 4 km and it is up the mountain. |

Excellent hotel room with a view and very clean. Staff were very friendly especially Giovanni (Robert De Niro look a like) who offered extra food for the kids and espresso coffees in the mornings. Excellent breakfast included. Free Shuttle bus service was a must considering distance to main town Sorrento .Definitely recommend this hotel. |

Lovely room overlooking the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius. Balcony. Good standard hotel. Seemed to be more geared to coach party rather than individual travellers during our stay. Restaurant food standard hotel quality not as inspiring as local restaurants but okay. Location is quite a long way out of town so you do rely on the hotel minibus which only runs once an hour and not always reliably when we were there. |

Staff we keen to please even thought they did not speak extensive English ... very willing to transport into the town even when not scheduled. They will always do extra trips with the shuttle bus if there is lots of demand. There was a party night with speakers facing the rooms which were very loud up to 2am - but sure this is probably exceptional. If we didn't have to go early the next day we may have been enjoying the evening which was put on for the benefit of the guests. We were never told about a pool that I have read about here!!! |

It's a small and friendly hotel and the staff were very welcoming. We ate in the restaurant one evening and as it was near the end of service we were given all sorts of extras which was lovely. The hotel shuttle bus into town works very well with good times and would recommend its use as trying to park in Sorrento is impossible. There was also a small pool which we weren't aware of but was very welcome and quiet. |

The staff was extremely gracious and we loved the use of the B&B facilities. Loved the Internet access in the lobby. The location was excellent, above the fray of the angry swarm of vespas in the city. The shuttle service was also great though we mostly used our rental car. Did I mention the staff was great? This hotel is a great value. Insufficient electical outlets in the room. |

A simple but comfortable hotel. Fantastic view of the sea and Mt Vesuvio. Hotel is located outside Sorrento on the slope of a hill between lemon tree orchards. Its about 30 minutes on foot to the center of Sorrento, but the hotel operates a free shuttle bus going to Sorrento and back. The room was large and well maintained with balcony, refrigerator, AC and safe box. The breakfast was not so great. |
