It is a really beautiful hotel and typically Italian. It is very conveniently situated close to restaurants, shops and ferries to Portofino. The buffet breakfast is delicious.

I loved the location of Hotel Jolanda in Santa Margherita Ligure just next to the shops and village - has limited views however is very good value price wise to compensate and is so handy to walk and see the views your self! Close to shops and restaurants as well. We had two rooms for our selves and two daughters - our room was a superior room which was very spacious and nicely decorated with a lounge area and coffee table within the room to relax. I felt like I was in a Hilton! Only improvement would be if the shower was slightly larger. Though our daughters had a standard double room which wasn't as big - but had a larger shower. Breakfast was nice and fresh, wait staff were very friendly, with attention to detail on ensuring food was replenished and ready and made coffee or tea to order. We enjoyed it so much we booked second night at the hotel - which the staff easily accommodated. Thankyou!

Jolanda is a great place to stay at due to a number of reasons. Firstly, extremely friendly, positive and professional staff, especially - Giuseppe, Viviana, Marisa, and others. Always ready to help you with everything -info where to go, how to get there, what to do, etc. Grazie mille, ragazzi!!! Then - a perfect design, style and service. Breakfast is also very pleasant, under the orange trees))) Finally, a very good location in the town, quite close to everything. The quality of everything makes Jolanda rather a 4-star hotel!!! I would definitely recommend it to everyone and stay there myself again if ever in Santa-Margherita. Nothing really to say here.

The location was great - better than expected. The breakfast and garden location in the morning was terrific. The staff were very nice, although no one could answer in English, when we called for directions. Luckily, a man on the street helped us. The shower head had a leak which squirted up to the ceiling and the toilet was so loud on flushing that we decided not to flush during the night.

Gli ambienti comuni molto curati ed eleganti. La nostra stanza era molto coccola e ben arredata. La colazione era di ottima qualità e il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Il bagno della junior suite era piuttosto stretto, la doccia era veramente piccina. Inoltre la stanza al quarto piano era tra due strade molto trafficate già di prima mattina.

L'hotel è molto bello, arredamento fine, personale gentile e discreto, buona la pulizia, belle camere, colazione abbondante...la descrizione dei servizi offerti corrisponde con quello che poi viene messo a disposizione durante il soggiorno in hotel. La proximité du centre de Santa Margarhita di Ligure et des plages , la terasse pour le petit déjeuner,la possibilité de se garer dans un garage proche car l'utilisation des voitures est presque impossible sur la côte ligure Le petit-déjeuner est un peu limite compte tenu du prix de la chambre ( 166.00 € pour deux) et sa qualité pour l'Italie juste acceptable

hotel bien situé pour visiter la ville promenade agréable le soir au bord de mer pas loin de portofino petit port magnifique, un seul probable que nous avons rencontré pas de parking a l'hotel et très difficile de trouver un stationnement en ville, parking face a l'hotel très cher, mais dans l'ensemble très bon accueil à l'hôtel.

En general todo.... El primer día me dió la recepcionista una habitacion que no me gusto y proteste porque estaba casi a pie de calle... Pero luego por la tarde me cambiaron y una habitación estupenda......el desayuno muy bien y por las noches nos quedabamos alli a cenar y fenomenal el servicio del hotel fantastico sobre todo el camarero encargado estupendo y educado...daba gusto ir a cenar por su atención
