Hotel Jolanda  

great location , clean, rooms are nice

Jolanda is a great place to stay at due to a number of reasons. Firstly, extremely friendly, positive and professional staff, especially - Giuseppe, Viviana, Marisa, and others. Always ready to help you with everything -info where to go, how to get there, what to do, etc. Grazie mille, ragazzi!!! Then - a perfect design, style and service. Breakfast is also very pleasant, under the orange trees))) Finally, a very good location in the town, quite close to everything. The quality of everything makes Jolanda rather a 4-star hotel!!! I would definitely recommend it to everyone and stay there myself again if ever in Santa-Margherita.

The location was great - better than expected. The breakfast and garden location in the morning was terrific. The staff were very nice, although no one could answer in English, when we called for directions. Luckily, a man on the street helped us. The shower head had a leak which squirted up to the ceiling and the toilet was so loud on flushing that we decided not to flush during the night.

Breakfast was good and you had the option to sit outside in a lovely garden area. The bedroom was small but comfortable.We did request a sea view but didnt get one. We were given wrong room key at first. I was very impressed with the toiletries (Temple spa)

There was never enough staff on duty. No one to serve drinks early evening and when we returned after eating out still could'nt get a drink!

Excellent location. Clean, well organised hotel. Pleasant staff.

Television reception was bad and no english speaking channels..as advertised.

Ottima posizione, spazi comuni ben arredati, ricca colazione.

La camera matrimoniale aveva due materassi singoli affiancati che si dividevano. Bagno piccolo e non in ottime condizioni, con sporcizia negli angoli. Il bagno turco è a pagamento e da prenotare in anticipo.

L'hotel è molto bello, arredamento fine, personale gentile e discreto, buona la pulizia, belle camere, colazione abbondante...la descrizione dei servizi offerti corrisponde con quello che poi viene messo a disposizione durante il soggiorno in hotel. Staff molto educato e disponibile, ci tornerei sicuramente!

hotel bien situé pour visiter la ville promenade agréable le soir au bord de mer pas loin de portofino petit port magnifique, un seul probable que nous avons rencontré pas de parking a l'hotel et très difficile de trouver un stationnement en ville, parking face a l'hotel très cher, mais dans l'ensemble très bon accueil à l'hôtel.

Situation idéale pour visiter Santa Margherita, Portofino, etc.

En general todo.... El primer día me dió la recepcionista una habitacion que no me gusto y proteste porque estaba casi a pie de calle... Pero luego por la tarde me cambiaron y una habitación estupenda......el desayuno muy bien y por las noches nos quedabamos alli a cenar y fenomenal el servicio del hotel fantastico sobre todo el camarero encargado estupendo y educado...daba gusto ir a cenar por su atención

Hôtel très agréable, personnel charmant et accueillant. Proche du client. Hotel très bien situé, prêt de vélo génial.Je suis déjà venue séjourner dans cet hôtel et je reviendrai cette année encore! Petit déjeuner très bien et personnel sympathique. A recommander!
