Hotel Jolì  

Location was its best feature being a short walk from the smn train station.

While the staff was nice, the overall decor of the hotel was not appealling. There was no soap, shampoo, wash clothes available for use and none to be provided by the hotel.

Staff were stoned. Construction site next door - noise unbearable. Hair dryer didnt work and hot water only lasts a few minutes.

Proximity to train station. Friendly staff, good breakfast.

Bathroom in our room smelled bad and was moldy.

It was close to the train and fairly clean.

Asking for an iron to find out they didn't have one. The hairdryer was broken in the room, they had no spare. Then when asked for a travel adaptor they were useless. Not the service you expect from a hotel. Also because of the shower in the bedroom there was a smell of mildew which was unpleasant.

very close to the trainstation and the city center. staff very friendly and helpfull , we even were allowed to leave the bags after checkout and pick them up in the evening for no extra charge.

wifi is not free, a lot of noise at night in the street. shower needs to be modernised.

Location is excellent to move around. Train station, bus connections and restaurants are close by. Most of the city attractions are within walking distance.

Bath room was too small. There was no hanger in the bath to hang the clothes. Very difficult to move in the bath. Room walls needed repaint since very long.

Absolutely nothing !!! dont ever stay there... Worse hotel I have been in out of 100 in my life this one ranks the worse... Even Indian hotels in worse parts of india were better !

I think everything you can ask for a miserable stay you will get at hotel Joli... I joli aint good enough to be called a hotel... motel is even too much... flea bag room ?? EXPENSIVE, NO FREE INTERNET as advertised... NO AIR CONDITIONING as advertised... Florence is a crap place - too expensive for tourist and nothing much great...more for taking money off tourist... NO PARKING EITHER. It was hot as hell and the toilet is down the corridor and it was totally too small and it was a real bad place to stay... how much is it worth ?? they would have to pay me to stay there basically. We arrived into town after midnight and had no choice... otherwise would have left... really considered sleeping in the car instead but fees not refundable and now I know why - because if it was - many would have taken their cash back. Rating 0 out of 100 - maybe even minus !!!

Leaving.

The air conditioning in the room did not work very well. The bed was extremely soft and saggy. (One of us slept on blankets on the floor.) The bed had hair in the sheets. The included breakfast was poor: the milk for the cereal was sour, the cheese was packaged, and the fruit was warm. (The cappucino, though, was delicious.)

Location of hotel was really close to railway station. Breakfast was ok, but make sure you come to breakfast by 9am. Breakfast consisted of milk, juice, coffee, cornflakes, fruit, cheese, ham, toast, jam and croissants.

We had worst room at top of the hotel, make sure you don't get that one. Bed was really terrible, it was like sleeping in a cup.

Due bagni in una stanza. Uno con doccia e water. L'altro con bidet e lavabo. Mah....

Muy buena localizacion para comenzar a descubrir la ciudad a pie. Si llegas en coche a Florencia, este hotel es una buena opcion, ya que avisan a un parking cercano y vienen a recogerte el coche con un precio de 18 €/día, lo mas barato que he visto en Florencia

Lediglich die zentrale Lage ist als positiv zu erwähnen.. Das Frühstück ist zwar halbwegs ok, aber mit Plastikbechern und wirlich antikem Toaster irgendwie lieblos

Es ist insgesamt einfach schmuddelig und lieblos. Schimmel im Bad macht das nicht besser...

El personal fue excelente, nos indicaron los lugares turísticos más importantes, la amabilidad del trato es de destacar, guardaron nuestro equipaje, nos ayudaron en todo lo que pudieron, las habitaciones bastante grandes para tres personas, aunque las instalaciones son algo viejas la verdad es que es bastante acogedor y sin duda volveríamos.
