The staff was very helpful. The quadruple room was quite comfortable for the four of us. The breakfast choices were standard and replenished as necessary, which does not always happen in hotels at this level. The locations was good, near the train station but not too noisy since it was on a side street. |

Great location. Seconds from the main bus/train station (if that's how you travel) and very close to majority of the sites by foot. Breakfast offer was a great bonus and very good. Nearby parking available. Basic set-up but clean and relatively comfortable with everything in working order. Helpful staff. Basic set-up means hotel is best suited for guests spending longer times outside seeing the city and less time lazying around in the room. |

We arrived at the hotel and immediately asked to change rooms because ours didn't have a window. They obliged and we were moved to a room with a shared bathroom. We were advised that the bathroom was not clean yet, which we were happy to accept as we had changed rooms at short notice. However later the next day it still had not been cleaned and there were no clean towels. |

The Staff was amazing! Tey would certainly go out of their way to help. Location was very good, very close to the TRain station and the major sightseeings, Duomo, Uffizzi, Academia, everything within an easy walking distance. The room was very spaceous. And Breakfast was the best. Very good value for money. |

It was very affordable. The location was excellent as it was opposite the train station and 5 mins walk to Duomo. Breakfast very basic but overall excellent. |

el personal era amable,aunque despreocupado era super ruidoso, el baño era compartido y no habia agua ni en la ducha ni en el lavabo por lo que no te podias duchar.el desayuno dejaba bastante que desear ya que solo habia una jarra de zumo o leche para todos y no se reponia al acabarse, |

Está muy céntrico. Puedes acceder al centro en 5 minutos y además está practicamente al lado de la estacion de tren, lo que facilita que puedas organizarte mejor. Hay mucho ruido en las habitaciones porque las puertas a penas aislan y eso a la hora de dormir es bastante molesto, y no te da sensacion de intimidad |
