Hotel Jolì    

Proximity to train station and to the centre of the city. Breakfasts were excellent and the staff were always there to assist with any needs at breakfast.

Hotel was clean and close to the centre of the city

There was a drunk man on the steps when we arrived, the building feels like its on a dodgy street and doesnt feel particularly safe. The shower was blocked so the water didnt go down, there was no soap in the shower. Staff didnt speak any english which was difficult

Great breakfast, nice host.

It was just my friend and I traveling but we booked a quad room and it was very large and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious and the view of the surrounding Tuscan hills was priceless. The bathroom functioned very well and the beds were comfy.

Only downside was a bit of noise on the street at night.

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night and it was really a pleasant stay! For that reason we came back for another night...the personel is very friendly (its a familyhotel) but especially the breakfast is fantastic! A lot of choice but also fresh baked cakes, sometimes you can choose between 3 cakes:)..It is worth staying here!

A very pleasant hotel only 200 m from the train station and close to the centre, considering it is 2* they also served a tasty breakfast with ham, boiled eggs and fresh fruit salad. The staff is very helpful as it is a family-run-hotel.

Noise from the hallway, all looks a bit old and the bathroom looks old and not so clean.

Location is perfect for Firenze. Breakfast and Wifi included is also a nice touch. I would stay again.

I booked a double room with shared bathroom, but actually we got it with a private bathroom, which was wonderful! The staff is very friendly and the place is really comfortable and well decorated. The location could not be better! everything very clean! I definitely would go back in my next stay in Florence.

This was a great hotel at an even greater price. great staff, great breakfast, great value. This is a budget hotel, if you book it with thise expectation you will not be disappointed.

Great location, comfortable room! It is in an old building with high celling, very well decored inside. The old gentleman welcomed us very warmly eventhough he doesn't speak English. The breakfast is far above averange.

老板和他老婆人都特别好。我阿姨手摔了疼。还给我们药。很快就好了。我订了两个三人间都给了我四人间。环境- 很好。大家都很喜欢。

very nice location, just 3 minutes walk to the SMN train station, lots of restaurants around and also the supermarket. easy to reach anywhere all the attractions. less than 10 minutes walk to the cathedral. the staff I think is the owner are very lovely person. internet is fast. the room is really worth the price.

the only thing is the facilities are a little old, but it's fine.

This hotel has been a good location. The staff was very nice, gave a map of the city and have interesting places and how to reach them. Breakfast was good too.

In the room was coldly. Conditioner didn't work.
