It was a pretty decent place to stay. Cleanliness was pretty good and the location was reasonably good, very close to the city centre but in a quiet area. The staff was a bit stiff. Not really helpful but correct. I wouldn't expect them to tell me about Palermo's sights, restaurants or the like, yet they were as I said well manered.

Good location in safe part of Palermo, convienient for restaurants etc, also for catching ferries from the port or the airport bus from the Politeama area. Small cramped room, tiny en suite - but this might be because we only stayed 1 night. Windowless breakfast room - a personal dislike this one.

An excellent location, in the centre of Palermo, close to lots of historic sites and restaurants. We were worried that parking would be a problem, but this was not the case. The staff were all lovely, charming and helpful. It was very clean. Breakfasts were most enjoyable. I would strongly recommend it.

Hotel Joli was one of our better choices during our trip. Air conditioner worked well. Good location. Nearby restaurants & shopping. Within walking distance from train station however far enough away to be in a nice quiet street. Bus to Airport within walking distance. Banks nearby. Excellent breakfast included in the price. Good value hotel with charm.Staff were friendly & helpful. An english television station would be helpful. Lift is small - take the stairs if you can.

Great location, close to both the centre and the port. Very nice rooms and buidlings with remarkably tall ceillings. Original decorations. Nice and friendly staff. Very quiet and the windows close hermetically. Overall an excellent choice.

solo la ubicacion la falta de conford, debimos subir por escalera, el ascensor nunca funcionaba, el desayuno malo, sin frutas, ni jugos naturales, las escaleras muy angostas y las habitaciones asignadas estaban en un lugar practicamente inaccesible. Desastroso, jamas lo recomendaria

Personale disponibile alle esigenze dei clienti. L'ubicazione è ottima perchè si trova all'inizio del centro storico ed è comodo alla fernata della navetta di collegamento con l'aereoporto. I bagni sono angusti e da ristrutturare. Le camere basic sono veramente molto piccole ma l'hotel cerca sempre di accomodare I clienti su quelle di categoria superiore.

La chambre était très propre et le service impeccable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le petit-déjeuner, copieux, avec des petites pâtisseries siciliennes originales. Le personnel était très sympathique et attentionné. L'hôtel était idéalement situé près d'un centre ville historique que nous avons pu visiter à pied. Nous avons été très surpris qu'on nous mette au tout dernier étage, dans le coin "privé" alors qu'on nous avait présenté sur internet des chambres confortables et spacieuses. La nôtre était très petite et son accès par un escalier très étroit que nous avons eu du mal à monter avec nos deux grosses valises. D'autant plus que nous avons vu que l'hôtel était loin d'être complet et que nous y étions quand même pour 4 nuits !

Lo staff e' stato disponibile e attento a tutte le esigenze. Le camere sono pulite, un po' retro ma vanno benissimo. La struttura e' posizionata centralmente, si e' già in centro e i mezzi pubblici per raggiungere Mondello sono a due passi, per chi volesse fare una capatina al mare! Lo consiglio!
