Hotel Joli  

Hotel Joli is a very cute, simple hotel, located in the center of Palermo. The staff was very friendly and willing to help us. We had a simple, but extremely nice room on top of the hotel including our own roofterrace! The hotel was very clean too, so for sure recommendable.

The English of the staff was not very sufficient, but was trying hard. The other rooms in the hotel might be less spacious than ours was.

Hotel Joli was one of our better choices during our trip. Air conditioner worked well. Good location. Nearby restaurants & shopping. Within walking distance from train station however far enough away to be in a nice quiet street. Bus to Airport within walking distance. Banks nearby. Excellent breakfast included in the price. Good value hotel with charm.Staff were friendly & helpful.

An english television station would be helpful. Lift is small - take the stairs if you can.

Excellent location. Decent but very dated facilities and rooms. This is actually an overated 2 stars hotel.

Terrible breaksfast. They hold the keys at the reception, and every time you get in the hotel you have to wait to get your keys until they finish check in with the rest of the passengers. One very small lift which is oftern busy.

Pleasant and quite, yet very central. Nice ceiling paintings (in some rooms)

Breakfast was ok - but just ok. They should have a bar on their super nice terrace.

City trip and region trips.

Nice small hotel, good location, nice Sicilian breakfast (delicious pastries). We had a balcony and a good view from the room.

The bathroom was a bit small (but that seems a common feature of Italian hotels).

The breakfast was good.

They did not mention to us there was construction going on and it sounds like the jack-hammer is in your room. We did not sleep at all and the staff was not accommodating about it.

Staff pleasant and helpful. Excellent location. Agreeable decor. Very clean, well serviced.

December: no central heating. Warmth provided by noisy/inefficient aie conditioning unit.

Прикольный отельчик !!! Бронировал 4 номера .Получили все на последнем этаже все номера разные .Один вроде 311 с огромной мансардой.

La cortesia, la simpatia ed il senso di accoglienza provato. La pulizia ed il confort del letto.

La struttura e' coerente con I servizi offerti e la qualita degli stessi - forse la mia camera risulta un po troppo piccola tuttavia l'architettura dell'edificio non consente di meglio "peccato"

Hotel confortevole, in zona quasi centrale, stanza abbastanza grande, pulita e confortevole, bagno piccolo pero' con tutti I suoi accessori.

Colazione scarsa non c'era molta scelta comunque quel poco che c'era era buono pero' non aspettatevi chissa cosa.

Hotelul arată bine si interesant decorat. Pozitionarea fata de obiectiective turistice a fost ok. S-au ocupat de parcare, ceea ce a fost de mare ajutor.

Baia camerei a fost sub așteptați; principala problema a fost tavanul ca era prea jos...eu nu puteam sa stau in picioare in dus ... trebuia sa stai un pic aplecat. Personalul nu prea știam engleza
