It was centrally located. I did not find the reception staff friendly or helpful, in fact, they were quite the opposite. |

Staff helpful and friendly. Hotel ideally located near Palermo centre and 2 minute walk to harbour. Delicious breakfasts. Beautiful hotel clean and newly decorated. Would return there anytime! Noise from the street outside could be heard in our room (106) and the room was a little small, we stayed in this room for three nights but it should only be held for overnight stops. On our next visit - we were allocated a suite which was beautiful! |

The hotel was close to the city center. The staff was noce. The rooms were clean (but small). There is a free internet access through WiFi in the hotel, which was quite important for us. Breakfast improvement. |

The hotel has a great ambiance with good period detail and excellent air-con which is essential in Sicily. Breakfast could have been more substantial but the pot of tea was good |

El personal del hotel es agradable. Los desayunos bien atendidos por Jerry y Francesca,.recepcionistas muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar.Está céntricoy nos ha parecido una buena zona. Necesita una remodelación sobre todo en los cuartos de baño.Nuestra habitación era muy poco acogedora ,otras son un poco mejores. |

la déco des couloirs , drôle même si ridicule ; petit -déjeuner international ; personnel réception gentil mais pas très international ; chambres minuscules et très sombres ; salles de bains exigües, tristes et viellottes. Beaucoup de bruit intétrieur : toilettes, plomberie. Le seul bon point est le rpix très bas pour un séjour professionnel très court. |

La camera era molto carina. Era abbastanza in centro ma non era quasi impossibile trovare il parcheggio. Il garage dell'hotel costava 15 euro a notte. |
