Located at a very convenient location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms & common facilities are clean. Breakfast is good enough. Wi-Fi connect is OK and works everywhere inside the building.
The air-conditioning (for heater purpose) did not work at all at the first night. The second heater at the other room worked fine but with many noise during the night time.
The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good.
The bathroom was rather small.
It is in the city center, it is great.
The hotel was dirty. The breakfast is not delicious.
This is an excellent small hotel in the centre of Palermo. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms furnished with old-fashioned elegance and the breakfast abundant. My friend and I each had a room, with a view over the park in the nearby square. We were in Palermo for two days as tourists and found this an excellent base from which to set off on our wanderings round the city.
Driving in Palermo is scary and parking in the city streets around the hotel is virtually impossible. But as soon as we arrived at the hotel, a member of staff suggested we might like to use their parking service, in which for a small additional charge a driver took the car away, parked it for us and then returned it when we were ready to check out. So what at first seemed like a problem turned out to have an ideal solution.
Yummy breakfast , good location
The stairs and lift( so tiny)
rooms a bit small. allmost EVERYTHING at breakfast was suggary!
beautiful hotel, friendly staff
The only complaint was the air con was not very effective Staff arranged a taxi that ripped us off
Very honest staff - I left my safety wallet with money in the room and it was found and kept for me. They kept it safe until I could collect it 2 weeks later!!!
The close proximity to a lot of areas to visit in Palermo.
Friendly staff, nice location, nice room
The room was comfortable and had everything that one needs.
There was no safety deposit box in the room
Great staff. Called good taxis for us and was very helpful with all of our questions.
Good position. Nice staff
Opposite very noisy square. Aircon poor
excellent stuff; wonderful view, superb location, great variety for breakfast
space in single room a little bit confined
The location of the hotel was good and the fact we had only booked one night there.
We had chosen the hotel over others because of the traditional Italian baroque decor however we were left feeling extremely disappointed. Our particular first floor family room was drab, dingy and lacked any of style and charm apparent in the photographs on the website. The bathroom was tiny and the cleanliness of the shower questionable. The windows did not close properly and therefore the cabaret show taking place across the street sounded as if it were going on in our room. When we complained in the morning to the member of staff about our sleepless night he appeared to think this was acceptable as this was a regular occurrence which ended by midnight. We had booked this room for one night as we had a morning flight to catch. We certainly didn't get the peaceful nights rest we had hoped for and left feeling exhausted. It was a shame this experience tainted an otherwise really enjoyable holiday in Sicily. Our two other hotels having been excellent and the staff extremely helpful. Also be aware of the small additional local tax charge added to the bill which isn't referred to on the website.
Shabby decor, needs updating. Bathroom grubby. Window didn't shut properly. On complaining about music noise, staff just said that there was music every night and offered no apology.
The location was convenient and close to other points of interest. The breakfast was plentiful. Th staff was extremely courteous and professional.
The music coming from the nightclub across the street until 1:00 AM in the morning. The small bathrooms..
Location was excellent Breakfast was varied Staff were friendly
Nothing - would have liked some leisure facilities but not really possible in a small hotel in a city centre
We stayed in Palermo for one night on our journey around Sicily, we found the hotel to be convenient and fairly comfortable for a short stay.
Nice pepple, clean rooms, good breakfast with good coffee
Unstable Wifi receipt. Not available in my room.
They have a very nice terrace for breakfast. We visited in early summer, the air was refreshing and staff are very friendly. Hotel 's interior is cultural heritage, which we enjoyed a lot.
Excellent location - very central Close proximity to restaurants - 'a cuccagna, just across the road was excellent. Very good value for money
One member of staff, a blonde curly haired lady, was very unhelpful when I asked her where I could find a bus timetable. All other staff were polite, courteous and helpful. The WiFi was useless.
Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast good.
Very small lift and no access to some of the bedroom floors
Very kind and polite staff.
Smell of mildew in the room . Internet wi-fi wasn't working the first two days of our stay.
