The cleanliness of all spaces, fabric, furniture, etc. The rude receptionist, the fact that we couldn't pay with the credit card as they had technical problems, and no parking nor friendly advise of where to park it or not from hotel staff, we almost got a ticket which could have been avoided if they gave friendly advise and compensate a bit from the fact they don't have parking. Four star hotels really should...

Location was great, room was quiet, modern with all the facilities we needed. Bathroom very well serviced daily with big soft towels and the usual NH toiletries including toothbrush and razor. Breakfast could be busy but well stocked and replenished. Lovely selection of fresh fruit every day- peaches, plums, kiwi, pears etc Overall this was a great value stay. Added bonus was our room overlooked the town football pitch and Siena were playing and we had the fun of watching the match from our balcony!

Very modern furnishing. Close to major bus terminal. Just behind the grand stadium. Great breakfast. Courteous and helpful staff. Wifi connection in the room is not free.

Very good location in Siena, nearly on the left hand is modern and on the right right hand is middle age, and you stay in the modern, of course.

Nh was near the central bus station and soccor field. I was within 15- min. Walk of every important venue or resturant in Siena. My room had a great view of major towers in Siena, including the Duomo. Nh was quiet, clean, adequately staffed. A great breakfast was served that helped me get through the day. The room was clean and odor-free.

Clean , practical, well kept, parking facilities nearby, good ratio quality vs price. You had to work at it to get a smile from the front desk staff (all of them).

Stayed at Siena and Pisa. Pisa met all our expectations. Close to station, well appointed and very clean. We had a problem with excessive noise from the adjoining room. This was dealt with by the staff at the second attempt. Siena also met our needs but the weather was cold for this time of year and we were told at reception that the heating does'nt come on until November. I would have expected that the heating would have been determined by temperature not the date. At Pisa they have heating. Same hotel chain different policy?

Good location! Right across from the bus station. Decent breakfast. No concierge. Not a friendly counter person,not willing to help with any tour information.

The central location the bedroom did not correspond to what i booked. I booked a double bed room and I received a twin room with two single beds. The room was small and dark. Internet wifi in the room is at the cost of 11 Euro.

Rather impersonal chain hotel which seemed mainly to cater to American tour groups (which did actually mean that the breakfasts were delicious). Not much atmosphere or charm, but a very good location for those coming to Siena by bus or train. The bathroom had some strange features even though it was quite modern: towel rack in shower, which meant that you had to get your feet wet again to hang up the towel, and a flat bottomed basin which constantly had to be rinsed down.

Excellent location near to centre, good, clean hotel, no suprises. No running machine in the gym. Decor was a little bit dated and used and in need of some redecoration.

Proximity to football fixture (Sienna vs ?) & centre of town. Price was reasonable. Bathroom was classy. Service was acceptable but not friendly - no information or assistance was volunteered, only responses provided to specific questions.

Very good location for a short city break,hotel very pleasant. Quite noisey as street outside busy until late at night and people hanging outside the hotel until early hours of the morning.Probably not as noisey elsewhere in the hotel,my room was directly over the front door.

They have a problem with bad smell right as you enter the hotel first impression was not good. It goes into the hallways and rooms sometimes.They should do something to fix it. When asked about the smell they try to hide it which I found very unprofessional.I would hesitate recommending the hotel only because of the bad smell.

Location was excellent, just 5 mins or so to il campo, the main square. Very good.choice at the buffet breakfast. Good shower and toilettries.

Easy to reach, choise of free or on payment pkng few hundreds meters away, staff professional. Breakfast not excellent but more than enough. Position strategic to visit the town. It is the best for a quick stay, long wk end or similar. We travelled in 5, 3 children and small bed in one of the 2 rooms was free of charge. Very satisfied.
