Im NH Excelsior ist man bestens untergebracht. Die Leistungen entsprechen dem versprochenen Standard. Besonders die Zimmer zum Stadion sind sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer als solches sind modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Extrawünsche werden von dem freundlichen Personal erfüllt. Die Lage des Hotels in der Nähe der Innenstadt tut ihr Übriges. Internetzugang an den Hoteleigenen Rechnern ist mit 10 €/Std. zu teuer. Leider gibt es keine hoteleigenen Parkplätze, sodaß das Parken am Straßenrand zu einem "Knöllchen" von 38 € führte. Achtung auf die Beschilderung!! |

Die Nähe zum Zentrum und zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das saubere Zimmer und die Hilfsbereitschaft einiger Mitarbeiterinnen. Die Lautstärke durch die Reinigungskräfte am Morgen. Ein Portier machte einen unfreundlichen Eindruck. |

Kurzer Fußweg ins Zentrum des Geschehens. Sehenswürdigkeiten leicht erreichbar. Adresse im Navigationsgerät nicht findbar. Parkmöglichkeit etwa verwirrend und umständig. Anweisung zum Parken des Personals nicht richtig. |

Exquisites Hotel. Gute Nähe zum Zentrum. Sehr schöne und komfortable Zimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer zur Strassen etwas laut. Daher Seite zum Stadion verlangen. Keine Parkplätze beim Hotel, jedoch in der Nähe gebührenpflichtige Plätze vorhanden. Tipp: Suchen, gibt auch Plätze für € 1.- die Stunde. |

Schön eingerichtetes Zimmer und Bad. Gute Sanitäreinrichtungen. Alle Aufenthaltsräume sind großzügig und mit elegantem Ambiente. Das Hotel befindet sich in zentaler Lage. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist vom Straßenverkehr und der am Hotel befindlichen Omnibus-Zentrale kaum etwas zu hören. Das Personal an der Rezeption wirkt etwas arrogant. |

Lage des Hotels mitten in der Stadt. Für Fußballfans interessant, da man direkt in das Stadion schauen kann. Das Empfangspersonal war extrem wortkarg. Als Städtereisende haben wir uns nicht willkommen gefühlt. In anderen 4 Sterne Hotels ist ein freier Internetzugang bereits Standard und kostet hier noch 5,- € für 40 min.! |

The staff was very helpful in answering questions regarding the bus schecule. We selected the hotel because of the location across from the bus station for our return trip to Florence. Breakfast was enjoyable. |

The hotel staf were very helpfull with local information,very good breakfast selection and an excellant transport hub location easy walking distances to major attractions the only down side is a little noisey, windows need to be more sound proof The street noise outside. |

Location The person who checked us in discovered our reservation was for one person, not two, as we thought we had reserved. He was not friendly and acted like we were just trying to scam the hotel (we did pay extra for two persons). We arrived at around 10 P.M. after dragging our bags for thirty minutes (it was not close to the train station). He seemed dismissive because we looked like weary travelers, not worthy of the establishment. |

Reception staff was fabulous upon check-in and every encounter, Elisa was so helpful. Rooms and hotel were modern, well-decorated and clean. Not a bad walk from city center and directly across from long-distance bus terminal. Restaurant had excellent food for dinner and breakfast area was spacious with a good selection. |

The location was excellent, across the road from the bus station and within walking distance of all main attractions in beautiful Sienna. Breakfast was very good and of a high standard although staff were thin on the ground at this time. I even managed to get Special K with skimmed milk! Our first impression was horrendous. A male member of reception staff would barely look at us never mind smile or welcome us. He was beyond rude and a female colleague looking on was no better. No welcome, basic information in relation to breakfast & facilities, nothing. Staff training is a must here as customer care and manners obviously did not come naturally to these particular members of reception staff who undoubtedly have key roles to play. I did try unsuccessfully to break the ice a number of times as I didn't want it to set a precedent for our stay- thankfully it didn't. The wonderful sights, food and people of Sienna won us over in no time! |

Everything. Staff were very professional and helpful. The rooms were gorgeous. The bathroom was large. Water pressure in the shower was great! The location of the motel was perfect - within walking distance to most sites. (Once we orientated ourselves properly). Buffet breakfast was lovely. |
