Location to the walled section of Siena cannot be beat.

Parking was 10 minute walk from hotel and not free. Staff seemed too busy to deal with us. Felt rushed.

Value for money, stunning hotel and great location. Not forgetting the view of the football pitch...amazing!

Location and room were nice

I was at the bar at 5:00p.m. asking for a beer and the barman answered that the bar was close and it was opening at 6:00 pm. In the meantime he was serving cappuccino to some soccer players that were staying at the hotel. Checking in was taking long time more than 15 minutes.

The price is very hight, may be cused by the period

Nice clean room and bed. Was very centrally situated to all the sites.

Unfriendly staff, who chat to their friends and leave you waiting at the desk. Antiquated TV with nothing available to foreign travellers. Breakfast absolutely boring as this was our 3rd NH hotel. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room and no where else to get any from

Good location within city walls and close to old town. Easy walking distance to all attractions. Also right by bus station so convenient for trips out of town. Added bonus is some rooms overlook AC Siena so possibility of watching Italian football for free, unfortunately no game was on while we were there. Rooms clean, free WiFI and excellent breakfast. Good value for money.

The location is excellent. (5 min walk through a crowded beautiful street from the main square of Siena) The room quality / cleanness / room facilities are excellent. The breakfast is fairly good, not excellent but it meets European average.

There isn't any car parking space.

Very dated in need of some refurbishment. Effecient but indifferent reception staff , male members in particular.

Convenient location next to bus stop and Wednesday market. Also close to Il Campo.

Rude man working the front desk when we checked in! He could not have cared less about our situation even as we tried to be as polite as possible. He may be a good "do-er", but he ruined your hotel's first impression with us and we will not return. On a side note, the drains did not work properly and so the sink and shower became quite unreasonable to use. The older (bald) gentleman working the front desk at checkout did note our concern so maybe it will be rectified for the next guest.

Good location on perimeter of old town.

Travelling with a young child, one of the features I wanted was the satellite tv (English consisted of cnn and bbc News) and pay per view - not working for the duration of the stay. The impression I got from staff was that it hadn't worked for some time. It should be removed from website as a feature.

The hotel was in the centre of the city the staffs was friendly Breakfast was very nice to be in Italy the hotel was clean. Siena is a wonderful city and we will come back again.

We should have stayed longer.

The only downside of an otherwise good stay was that our room was located directly at the back of the two elevators so we we're aware every time the elevator went up or down.

Great location, 4 minutes walking from the Il Campo. The rest, like any other NH, plain and simple, good value for money.

Breakfast could have had more food varities.

The location was good, clean room. Breakfast was very good however, both days they ran out of dishes, flatware etc. The dining room was full yet the clean dishes trickled out just a few at a time.

The night time manager and dining room staff were very nice. The daytime manager wasn't very polite or helpful possibly due to the fact that there was always a line. There should be more staffing, especially during the morning hours when people are checking out. The parking was a hassle, we had to find an empty space on the street.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding. Excellent start to my day.

I would have liked to have wifi in the rooms - this was a big pain, and the cost of wifi is too expensive per day. Also, the showers leak all over the floor because the door does not close all the way, and the toilets are weirdly noisy

The location was great, within walking distance to the centre and sights, Staff were friendly, but nothing was explained to how things worked in the hotel and its surrondings, did not know that there was no parking and had to find a car park,

The staff were very busy and not very helpfull, we arrived quite late and had no help with our luggage, and once you were checked in, you were left to you own self,, we had to ask for towels but the young girl saw to it straight away.

The location was good for access to old Siena on foot. The breakfast was okay. Bed was comfortable.

Staff rushed check in and didn't seem interested. On check out, they tried to bill me again for the stay. I had previously paid for the room by Mastercard via Bookings.com and showed the receptionist by calling up my Bill on my iPad! Average hotel, nothing special.

Helpfulness of the staff, location to city transportation and bus line to Florence. Good general location to explore important sites in the city.

The rooms were clean but they are starting to look a little on the worn side. Street noise in room was just a little load side at times.

rooms close to breakfast room are extremely noisy. you hear moving chairs and tables from 7 till 10h even on saturdays ...

room was very comfortable. staff at front desk could have been more helpful and friendlier.

We tried to use the restaurant for two times, and they tald us that was already closed. Note that one day was 9:30PM and other 8:55PM The responsible for the restaurant was very rude both times.He did not at least wake-up from the chair to talk to us!! I speake very good italian and he was surprised when I told him that I will report the "treatment" to booking. Very, very, bad service

Great location but quite pricey for what you actually get. But again the location well worth the money. Breakfast is excellent too.
