Very clean modern room, good wifi in the room, reasonable breakfast

Pool was closed for construction work. Rip off prices in the lobby bar - as a result it was deserted

Good central location and a short walk from the station.

If you like a super firm bed you'll love this place but don't go diving into the pool, it hasn't had water in it for quite some time evidenced by the weeds growing in it.

The view was beautiful and the room was large with a stunning bathroom.

The evening meal compared to other places we stopped at was poor with not much choice and expensive.

Efficient, friendly, helpful staff. Spacious, modern, clean rooms. Great location for sightseeing & shopping. Good selection for breakfast.

The view of the bay from a seaside room was wonderful. The staff were very helpful.

The prices for drinks or mini bar were outrageous, so eat and drink out!

Having stayed at 5 other NH hotels we liked that we knew exactly what we were going to get, and they delivered.

Poor TV for foreign travelers. Breakfast identical everyday. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

The location is good. You are right at the port and can walk to many of the shops and stores.

I didn't like anything! This hotel is a dump. Filthy rooms,cracks and dirty carpets, mold everywhere , unfriendly staff. Just don't go there!!!! Why is it rated 4 star??? We got an upgrade because of our complaints , but this wasn't really an improvement. They told us this is standard! What kind of standard????

Great room, design furniture, very confortable.

The area around the hotel is very noisy. Need to sleep with all the windows closed otherwise you'll wake up during the night due to traffic noise. The breakfast could be better. Coffee and cappuccino were not fresh but from a nescafe machine... Unusual for Italy and for a 4 star hotel

The fact I had a room already paid for in advance of 3 months, I had advised staff of nh palermo 1 day advanced notice, of my late arrival scheduled for 10.00 am, and I expected my room available. To no avail! After 3 hour drive to palermo, and after check in, I find they don't have a room available for me til 15.00 pm. Tired and tried from these idiots, I come back at 18.00 pm check in ok, and one idiot asks my wife if she is going to stay the night! Room is booked for double occupancy, mind you not! Upon our arrival at 01.30 am in hotel, we find a shocking discovery; the hote is completely surrounded by prostitutes, trans, and every other type of sexual distraction available on the market. This right in front of the hotel access. Totally discusting. The next day on check-out, the director of the hotel, total idiot attempted to charge us for 1 additional person, my wife. I blew my top, and threatened to call local police authorities. We left didn't pay anything, and certainly will never go back again. Certainly will not reccomend to anyone this hotel.
