The hotel is located in a very interesting point: very close to the center of Palermo, quiet place by the seaside, easy to find by car and easy to park , but close enough to go walking to visit the center. Common areas (breakfast and restaurant) are new, clean and very confortable, but some rooms(like ours) are old and don't have a nice aspect at all. They must be renewed |

The music in the pool area and the breakfast room seemed to be the same cd on a continious loop for the entire length of our stay which was a bit tedious. Also some choice of bar snacks would have been nice. |

We liked the location near the water front, and access to the bus routes out of Palermo. We liked the fact that if you forgot something in one part of the Hotel it was taken to Reception or our room. We were given a room in the old part of the Hotel. It had fresh linen, but was not hoovered and the fridge was filty and unstocked, and had empty bottles from the previous inhabitant. We complained, and were shown a further 4 rooms all of which had not been hoovered. The Hotel advised that they were going to investigate the matter. We were given no apology for all this inconvenience. |

Very few staff members were curteous and helpful. I was expecting for overall staff members to be helpful and friendly, but unfortunately they were not. For example, upon check-in after a long morning a front desk staff was very upbrupt and it seemed as though he was only trying to get the job done as in giving us keys and not much else. I must say it was quite a disappointing experience and I would not recommend it to anyone. |

The breakfast selection, the bed was big, the view was of the sea, it was close to the train station. The minibar and room service prices were ridiculous (coca cola €4.20), the hotel was a little far from the centre of Palermo, the internet cost 11 euros an hour, the films cost 11 euros each too. The cleaner rang a doorbell in the morning before breakfast which woke us up. |

The lobby and terrace bar are really nicely designed and comfortable. Bedrooms are a little old fashioned but the hotel was really clean and in a good location on the marina. The pool was great except for the uncomfortable sun beds. Breakfast has a great selection to choose from. You won't be disappointed staying here. |

good swimming pool, rooms and services ok, the new NH management will probably improve a number of things the absolute inability of the staff to speak any other language but italian, you wouldn't expect that from a four star hotel, even a simple question on where to find a bank couldn't be answered by the staff at the front desk, the distance from the center of town and the lack of transport is inconvenient |
