Bel hôtel, accueil impeccable, chambre propre et spacieuse, bon pdj, parking Le nom complet de l'hôtel est le Jolly Aretusa Palace hôtel, ce qui mériterait d'être précisé car "Jolly Hotel" est la grande enseigne qui permet véritablement de le trouver (utile en voiture). La clim ne fonctionnait pas le jour de notre passage, mais des travaux étaient conduits dès le lendemain pour résoudre cela et un ventilateur nous a été prêté très rapidement avec notre demande.

Pas dans ortygie, mais a proximité (course de taxi à 8€ pour ceux qui seraient fatigués) Très bon confort et calme. Chambres communiquantes tres bien pour les familles. Parking facile. Au total, bon rapport qualité prix, sauf le petit déjeuner. Petit déjeuner un peu limite pour le standing de l'hotel

Personnel très accueillant et très à disposition. Excellents petits déjeuners. Hôtel très bien placé pour toutes les visites à pied des lieux touristiques, que ce soit dans Syracuse ou l'île Ortygia. La climatisation d'étage était en panne juste durant nos deux jours de présence à l'hôtel et les ventilateurs suffisaient juste pour lutter contre la chaleur, c'était un week-end et la climatisation n'a du être réparée que le lundi matin jour de notre départ. Pas de chance même s'ils nous avaient gentiment proposé de nous trouver un autre hôtel. Nous avions décliné car l'hôtel est très bien placé pour les visites touristiques. Mais il reste que le défaut de climatisation n'a pas aidé à apprécier les chambres. Chambres de qualité fort moyenne, vieillotes et usées.

Posizione abbastanza centrale, vicino alla zona archeologica; si può raggiungere a piedi anche Ortigia. Al nostro arrivo la camera non era pronta (è la seconda volta su due in un Jolly hotel). L'aria condizionata non funzionava così come il frigobar.
