Hotel is clean, correct breakfast, good connection to center of city.

Unfriendly and arrogant personel on reception desk, internet access is NOT free of charge, but only half an hour a day!!! If we needed printer for printing our vauchers for Academia and Uffizi they said that they do not have it in hotel, even though printer was just in front of us. Not to mention parking issue, which is not controlled by anyone from the hotel, so client has to park his car on public area with suspicious guys, asking from you unreasonable amounts of money every day. I just want to exclude Miss Francesca from reception desk, who helped us a lot to get over all inconveniences. I travelled with my wife and child, so think we`ll NEVER choose NH hotels any more because of Florence experience. We will put all of theese comments on booking.com and to our friends personally.

Good location, competitive price, renovated rooms.

Atention!!!The reception personal is terrible ,they try to cheat you with higher prices than those hired in Booking.com , take care during the check-out!

The breakfast was really good, a good variation of meals.

The beds were really uncomfortable, and there is a part at the hotel that is redesign and does are the pics that they post!!!

Esta bastante bien situado, no muy centrico pero con un paseito estas en el centro y si no hay un bus muy cerca que te lleva hasta el mismo centro, el bufet del desayuno bastante bueno muy completo y las habitaciones muy bien, bueno ojo el hotel tiene unas reformadas y otras no las nuevas estan muy bien son muy modernas pero confortables.

Simplemente un incidente que tuvimos en el desayuno que una amiga se le prendio el sueter al hacercarse a las bandejas de comida porque el fuego que lo mantiene caliente estaba mal situado y la atencion al respecto fue nula, solo le querian dar 10 euros y pusimos una reclamacion, por lo demas bien.

La cordialità del personale, le stanze spaziose e pulitissime, la colazione ottima e abbondante, la vicinanza alla fermata del Civis e degli autobus per il centro città.

Positiva la pulizia e la disponibilità del personale.

Struttura da aggiornare, camera molto piccola, qualità della colazione appena sufficiente

A colazione il bar è chiuso e non è possibile avere neanche un the freddo, non presente nel buffet della colazione, anche se ovviamente quello che si prende in più si paga a parte. Non avendo il parcheggio privato se si rimane fino a tre giorni va bene, altrimenti si spende quasi più per il parcheggio che per il pernottamento.

Accoglienza, gentilezza, camera ben arredata e funzionale.Tutto sommato un buon 4 stelle

Solo il bagno che per quanto ampio,bello e completo di tutto (con igenici molto moderni e di designe, e corredato di tutti gli accessori, non è molto funzionale. Nei due lavandini,ad esempio, è difficile anche solo lavarsi le mani, ed anche il resto.. Crea qualche difficoltà. Insomma per lavarsi al mattino bisogna fare o il bagno (c'è anche la vasca) o la doccia!! Tutto il resto è ok

Очень уютный отель. Персонал хороший. Доступно объясняет и без либо-каких нервов. Спасибо им за это. В номерах чистота и порядок. Номер был на первом этаже, с окнами во двор-немного было темно в номере. В общем я очень довольна. Рекомендую

Далеко до центра, но рядом ЖД вокзал.

Belle camere, ci hanno dato la superior perchè ne avevano disponibili al posto della standard che avevamo prenotato. Personale cortese, ben preparato e disponibile! Torneremo o consiglieremo ad altri..

Non hanno un parcheggio privato, l'unico neo a firenze in generale sono I parcheggi, molto cari. _Di fronte all'hotel ce n'erano molti disponibili ma tutti a pagamento. L'hotel ha anche una convezione con un garage privato proprio affianco comodo comunque e molto disponibili.

Hôtel légèrement excentré, 15 min à pied à partir de la gare, très bon rapport qualité prix, petit déjeuner buffet de bonne qualité comparer à d'autres hôtels de même gamme. L'accueil et les membres de l'équipe sont très agréables.
