NH Firenze  

Hotel is clean, correct breakfast, good connection to center of city.

Unfriendly and arrogant personel on reception desk, internet access is NOT free of charge, but only half an hour a day!!! If we needed printer for printing our vauchers for Academia and Uffizi they said that they do not have it in hotel, even though printer was just in front of us. Not to mention parking issue, which is not controlled by anyone from the hotel, so client has to park his car on public area with suspicious guys, asking from you unreasonable amounts of money every day. I just want to exclude Miss Francesca from reception desk, who helped us a lot to get over all inconveniences. I travelled with my wife and child, so think we`ll NEVER choose NH hotels any more because of Florence experience. We will put all of theese comments on booking.com and to our friends personally.

Location

Hotel parking not available. Only possible to park outside at 3€/H. We booked a double room and we found 2 single beds. Only the morning after it was possible to ask to the housekeeper to make a single double bed. Actually reception claimed that this is due to booking.com system, which does not specify in details the type of bed.

Hotel standard e completo. Adatto sia ai soggiorni per lavoro che a quelli per la visita della città. Non eccelle in nulla ma non gli manca nulla.

Pulizia mediocre. Forti odori nei vani ascensore.

La gentilezza del personale alla reception, soprattutto la perosna del venerdì 16 marzo al pomeriggio

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e posizione centrale,ottima colazione e grande disponibilità del personale e buona pulizia della camere.

Su caracter de hotel moderno,impecable en su zona renovada.

Su lejanía dell centro histórico de Florencia, no menos de 30 minutos,y la ausencia de aparcamiento que obliga a contratarlo en las proximidades a un alto precio.

La habitacion es muy confortable. El desayuno muy normal.

La cortesia al nostro arrivo e la gentilezza dei ragazzi che ci lavorano...colazione,materassi e bagni ottimi

è un hotel in fase di ristrutturazione ed un pò si nota,però se non si pretende la perfezione direi che la cosa non infastidisce

Ad una fermata di tram dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella, buona prima colazione, staff molto gentile

Ottimo albergo, con ottime stanze, colazione varia e con vasta scelta. Ristorante ottimo, ma un po' 'caro' , pero' con personale competente e gentilissimo.unico appunto:mancanza di posti per parcheggio auto ed unica autorimessa convenzionata molto piccola e con tariffe esorbitanti.il resto e' tutto ok.
