Two members of the reception staff were very friendly and helpful and were the high point of the stay. They made sure I had a the hotel's bike for the week which was brilliant. The buffet breakfast was very good. The furnishing and fittings in the room excellent. Bed was very comfortable. I ordered room service one night, the service was prompt and polite and portion generous. The rooms were not internally sound proofed. The head of my bed was adjacent to the service lift which ensured I was woken very early. The hotel catered for tour and school groups which seemed to get in late and leave early and were unbelievably noisy. It felt like I was staying in a rowdy backpackers. |

Very nice rooms (the new part, stayed in a superior double room). Very very impolite and ignorant staff, unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. Unbelivable for todays standards - no free internet/wlan. And even worse, it costs 10 EURO per HOUR. WHY??? Another thing - Parking 28 EURO a day??? WHY? |

Staff were friendly, the room and balcony were nice and the breakfast was good. There was a discothek next by the hotel. Since 2 o`clock in the morning we heart the music and the drums so loudly, that we can`t sleep. |

Après avoir demandé un changement de chambre (nous avions été logé dans une ancienne chambre sale non rénovée au 6ème étage) la nouvelle chambre rénovée au 2ème étage était conforme au style nh Hôtel que je peux retrouver partout ailleurs. Style, confort, design, bon petit déjeuner, situation idéale dans la ville Hôtel en complète rénovation / personnel réception en nombre insuffisant / 3 ascenseurs dont 1 seul (très lent) fonctionne / 1ère chambre sale, vieille, bruyante et non renovée |

E' praticamente sul lungarno Vespucci e permette di raggiungere il centro storico con una piacevole passeggiata di 10/15 minuti. Ha di fronte un ampio parcheggio. La camera era essenziale e piacevole |

駅から少し遠いのが大変でしたが、スタッフの対応も良く、安心できました。朝食が7時～ということでしたが、実際開いたのが7時15分くらいでした。スタッフは特に問題視していないようでしたが、急いでいる方は大変だったと思います。でも朝一で食べているのは日本人しかいなかったような。。。 |

Las habitaciones eran amplias y la localizacion. Sin estar lejos del centro historico, 25 minutos andando, pero con parada de bus al lado del hotel, para cuando estas cansado, tiene las salidas de las diferentes autovias / autopistas para los diferentes pueblos de la toscana al lado. El desayuno, que sin estar mal era un poco justito, no tenian leche de soja, por ejemplo y que para visitar unicamete Florencia, andando queda lejos, pues los 25 mintos a pie los haces el primer dia, no el resto. Al final acabas usando los autobuses, que tampoco es mala solucion y pasan regularmente. |

Das Hotel macht einen sehr guten Eindruck, die Zimmer sind komplett neu renoviert worden. Die Einrichtung ist neu und sehr modisch gehalten. Das Bett war ausgezeichnet. Sogar 2 dt. TV Sender, RTL und Pro7! Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war nicht sehr groß, ansonsten sauber und ausreichend. Personal an der Rezeption manchmal etwas ruppig im Umgang. Internetbenutzung teuer; auch kein gratis Terminal vorhanden. |

Buslijn naar het centrum stopt bij het hotel. Anders 20 minuten lopen langs de Arno. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Bed was scheef, waarschijnlijk doordat het versleten was. We zaten in het oude gedeelte, het gerenoveerde gedeelte is veel mooier.Parkeren kan niet bij het hotel, dus moet openbaar. 25,50 per dag. Wel plek genoeg. |

L'albergo è ben posizionato, a 15 min a piedi dal centro. Le stanze non ristrutturate come quella mia non sono all'altezza di un 4 stelle. |

l'hotel dispone di camere con arredamento totalmente nuovo e molto spaziose l'unico aspetto negativo è stata la colazione soprattutto il 1° giorno in cui il buffet alle 9 era "vuoto" e abbiamo dovuto aspettare 30 minuti pr avere qualcosa da mangiare. |
