nice hotel nice location very good breakfast buffet parking place - we believe 25 euro per day it s not reasonable since the rate of the room are not so cheap too. the fact that the hotel have to pay the rent for it , it s not clients concern...they should decrease it. |

Excellent location. Very helpful and friendly staff. We got upgraded (without having even asked) to a very nice and large suite. |

It took 15 minutes to walk from Principe station to the Hotel. Also walking distance to all sightseeing spot. Famous Aquarium is just next to the hotel. We had Breakfast with nice hobour view also had many selection.We satisfied with this hotel very much! |

Location, design. There is no free internet access; you'll have to pay something like EUR 10 per hour (no matter how much you surf); for a hotel that charges you EUR 200+ for a standard double room, it's outrageous. My room had a very small safe; I couldn't put my laptop in it. The parking wasn't guarded. |

The view from the bedroom (the sea and the boat), the breakfasf was very good , the location,the atmosphere of the hotel. Acquario is just on the left, center city is at 5 min by walk. To find the entrance of the parking... little bit difficult, black people who sell fakes in the steet in front of the hotel. If you want a prada or louis vuitton bag for 20 euro, it's nice ;-) |

I had a lovely room overlooking the marina and the acquarium and it is so quiet in that area. The staff were always so cordial. |

The hotel was very nice. I wanted to go to the Genova Aquarium and it was only a block away. Great location! The breakfast buffet was excellent. |

Schön am Wasser gelegen und trotzdem gut gelegen für die Stadtbesichtigung, sehr ruhig, Frühstück und Essen auf der Terasse möglich. Das einzig mühsame war, dass der Weg direkt zum Hotel belagert war von schwarzen Händlern und Trickdieben, durch die man gezwungenermassen gehen musste. Kann das Hotel aber nichts dafür. |
