A fabulous location, efficient and helpful staff, excellent room service, first class bathroom fittings, good quality TV, comfortable bed, and one of the best breakfasts on our entire trip. The air-conditioning was rather noisy, and there was a strange keening sound, probably from one of the boats moored nearby, which made it impossible to have the window open at night. |

The Hotel was directly on the piers between private yachts, a very special and interessting place. The restaurant was always empty, which was actually understandable, because they really had no interest to serve you! |

Being on the marina. Room was spacious, comfortable. Location was excellent for travelers with children -- walking distance from aquarium, kids science museum (citta dei bambini), bigo, biosfera, maritime museum. Also for boats to Portofino and Cinque Terre. Internet connection charge at ten euro per hour, versus two euro per hour at an internet point a short walk away. |

Hotel location 1. Room key cards did not work most of the time 2. Mosquito infestation 3. High parking fees 4. Internet is verging on robbery (expensive to start with, and then shoddy timekeeping - I used 10 minutes of 180 purchased, and was told I had 20 left; last day I left 5 minutes' usage to access my itinerary, and could not log on at all). |

nice hotel nice location very good breakfast buffet parking place - we believe 25 euro per day it s not reasonable since the rate of the room are not so cheap too. the fact that the hotel have to pay the rent for it , it s not clients concern...they should decrease it. |

Location, design. There is no free internet access; you'll have to pay something like EUR 10 per hour (no matter how much you surf); for a hotel that charges you EUR 200+ for a standard double room, it's outrageous. My room had a very small safe; I couldn't put my laptop in it. The parking wasn't guarded. |

The view from the bedroom (the sea and the boat), the breakfasf was very good , the location, the atmosphere of the hotel. Acquario is just on the left, center city is at 5 min by walk. To find the entrance of the parking... little bit difficult, black people who sell fakes in the steet in front of the hotel. If you want a prada or louis vuitton bag for 20 euro, it's nice ;-) |

I had a lovely room overlooking the marina and the acquarium and it is so quiet in that area. The staff were always so cordial. |
