Everything about the hotel was so new and fresh we thought it had just opened when we stayed in Oct 08. We were told it was 4 years old. Super room, wonderful bathroom and great breakfast. Would gladly return. And the location was v close to train station (where the bus to the airport arrives and leaves) and a short walk to the old city. All round super place. |

Comfortable, well appointed room No access for taxi to front door of reception. Had to carry cases up flight of outside stairs to street. Fortunately it was not raining. |

Hotel staff were very helpful and attentive good selection of food for breakfast. Could not turn the noisy air con off difficult to sleep if you are a light sleeper. |

The room layout. Comfortable. Location of hotel was good. The variety in the breakfast buffet. cleaning services were not very good. The room was cleaned in a very basic way and we were not given new clean glasses for the bar throughout our stay. A photocopy that belonged to my bf was lost by the receptionist. The shower and the AC were a disappointment. Overall, disappointing for a 4* hotel. The staff could have been friendlier. |

Modern chain hotel; no distinctive character, but clean and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast buffet. Very convenient for railway station but in a smartish part of the Lower town. |
