Excellent hotel. Have stayed before and will stay again. Helpful staff, good breakfast choice and a great location. Made really good use of the 15 Euro upgrade - would recommend it. |

The location of the hotel is ideal for the train station, shopping area and sight seeing for 'old bergamo', yet is also quiet. It is a very clean and comfort hotel free internet access would be a bonus |

Very nice hotel however the room was very small. I am not used to staying in the middle of a city so I just could not believe the poor return for the money invested. I guess city hotels are just really expensive. |

As I was there only overnight and leaving very early I cannot answer although I would have appreciated to have breakfast available earlier than 7.00 as I was leaving at 7.00 |

Ease of checking in and pleasantness of all the staff through out my short stay at the hotel No bar area would have liked to relax for an hour or so in the evening, cooked breakfast was very limited. |

Nice, upscale district; attractive walk to funicular to upper town, right next to underground parking facility, very clean, comfortable, extensive breakfast with nice breakfast room. |

Room/en suite excellent size; staff very helpful at all times; easy access to train station/bus for Bergamo airport; excellent choice at breakfast, which was quickly replenished. |

Very modern hotel, and very well appointed. The breakfast is very good - a good selection. Location of the hotel is 5' walk from the train and bus station, and about 15' walk from the funicular to the old town. We got a taxi from the airport to the hotel (we arrived at night) and it was €15 standard fare. We bought a 3 day ticket at the bus station which costs €5 and is good for all bus travel, including to the airport (which is a non-stop fast service) and the funicular - well worth it. The outside appearnace of the hotel is not very beautiful, but so what! |

Excellent location for train/bus travel. Very comfortable room. Breakfeast also excellent. No drawer space in bedroom and the shower leaked onto bathroom floor because showerhead did not stay in correct position. |

Location was excellent for exploring area around Bergamo. Hotel was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. No, everything was perfect. |

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the station. Coming from London I had taken the standard EU 2 pin plug adapter only to find that the hotel uses the Italian 3 pin. Without any trouble they lent me a large multi-pin (and internet) adapter without any need for deposit or signing - just on trust. And the breakfast was OK! |

Staff were great and the breakfast was extensive. Very close to the main street in Citta Basa and we were within walking distance to the furnicular that went up to Citta Alta. Also a 5 min walk to the main railway station that goes to Milano Central. Apparently there is a charge for internet service, but we used it several times without paying. Close to the airport and also Orio Centre which is a fantastic indoor shopping mall (great for shoe shopping) you can also watch planes land and take off. We have a 2 year old son and found it really handy to a 'corner store' and also restaurants and cafe's. Air conditioned as well. |

This is my second time staying in a hotel of the NH Hotels and as the first time it was a pleasure. The hotel is situated near the train station (less than a five minute walk) and near the central square of the lower town of Bergamo where you can catch the bus to the Alta Cita. The hotel has been recently renovated and the rooms are clean and spaceous. Good breakfast. |

Early check in was great as we arrived at 8 in the morning. Near the Central Station and the busstop to Cita Alta. Creditcard was credited before arrival. Eventhough it was mentioned this would not be the case and we would be able to pay in cash. |

breakfast was good, and having that included in the hotel rate was good no internet connection in the room - very bad, and IT did not work in the lobby while I was there |
