The lift was very slow and most of the time you have to take the stairs.

The location is not really close to the city using public transport (around 20 minutes)

Rooms are not clean, windows are dirty, there is not internet for free in all hotel ,you must pay 7EUR

helpful staff, clean, warm rooms, direct bus to the airport, stop next to the hotal, supermarket on the corner working even on Sunday.

One member of the staff, Fabio was excellent. The hotel is right near a grocery store and a bus stop. The parking was plentiful and free.

You have to pay to get the refrigerator turned on. Heat/AC didn't work half the time. Maid left door open, took our wine glasses, didn't replace shampoo/soap. Plastic cups worthless. Walls like cardboard/can hear everyone. Could hear the person in the next room snoring as if her were in our room. Most of the staff not that helpful. 7 euros per device per wifi per 24 hour period.

Very good restaurant

We ordered a child bed to the room. When we came there was no bed for a child. At the reception we heard that there is an extra bed in the room. Surely, there was but no bed linen on it. One of the parents had to sleep with no bed linens, no cushions ect.

It is easy to reach the airport.

The rooms are very noisy.

That hotel was really good! Better than we expected, e.g. air conditional in our room was a big surprise. Breakfast was very tasty and differential. Quite near from the city center.

Breakfast. It is not typical italian food. They serve chees, ham, scrambled eggs (usually cold...), sausages.

Old design (like in 70's), dark rooms, not very comfortable. The space around hotel was very neglected (a lot of garbage).

8Km from the city, bus near the hotel, supermarket, etc I like the beds too..

Just look at the dust on the stairs to the bedrooms, looks like they don't clean that for months.. They turn off the air conditioner every day, we need to call reception every day to turn on..

Cheap, cheap, cheap.

The only thing that annoyed me is the ridiculous reception. He was pouring me with Italian language, and I stopped him and said:"Sorry, do you speak English?" His reply was a little rude:"No. Do you speak Italian?!"

Practical, with good relation between price and comodation though it is not near the center.

Breakfast is not diversificated and decoration is not very appealing.

Well designed hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. Very useful that is located close to Bus station and Super Market.

The distance from the center which is 25 minutes far (with bus). The small bath tab.

Location

This hotel was unclean, The rooms need a desperate make over. They are tired and poorly decorated. I was disappointed. The only benefit to this hotel was the location.

the fridge was dirty, the room overall did't seem ready when we entered. Not everybody from the staff could speak/understand english. Mass production breakfast - in 10 days nothing changed. Had to change the remote because it didnt work proper - after three times of trying to get a new one we stopped... 7Euro for 24h of Wi-Fi. Strange smell at the 4th floor. AirCo was not running 100%. Everywhere in the rooms was carpet.

Front desk staff was helpful.

The rooms are indeed a bit old, but there is all you need. Apart from the fridge everything worked..:-) It's a pity they charge you for the internet (€7/24h) but since we payed only €27/p/night we didn't mind buying it... Breakfast ok! Not very close to the center but bus 8 (€1.20/ticket for 90 minutes) stops right in front of the hotel and takes you to the center and the trainstation in about 20 minutes. Which is by the way a very nice journey, you will almost feel like you are on a panoramic tour :-).

Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Average accommodation, probably worth the cost.

There was only one plug in the bedroom, which was used for the television- So I couldn't charge my mobile telephone and have the television on at the same time. The air conditioning was very poor. Even set at the coldest temperature, I was too hot. I noticed some ants on the carpet also, thank god it was on my last night tho!

air conditioning broken on summer + mosquitos = couldn't sleep moquette on floor and walls got lot of dust

Hotel is close enough to the airport, which really helped us. Easy to find.

I believe the hotel should be modernized, since a lot of things (decoration, etc) are old or just ugly.

Spacious room and bathroom, good textile

In the midnight a picture over the headboard fell down to our heads.

Great food in restaurant, good prices. Friendly staff.

Dirty area. Toilet paper in the garden ;-).
