The hotel staff were very welcoming and service was excellent in the restaurant, the food was also good and the wine very reasonable. We used the bikes to see the gardens in La Reggia - well worth the visit! The package included the bikes, entrance tickets to the hotel and dinner excluding drinks. Very good value. Even though we had a suite facing the front of the palace the traffic could be heard, maybe ask for a room on the other side of the hotel. |

sehr nahe dem Schloß + Schloßpark von Caserta; ideal auch für Zugreisende, da nahe dem Bahnhof dunkelblau (!) tapezierte und damit eher düstere Zimmer. Unfreundliches Personal |

Freundliches und engagiertes Personal an der Rezeption u. auch an der Bar. Gute Lage des Hotels, nahe von Bahnhof, Zentrum und Reggia (die wir allerdings nicht besuchen konnten, da sie entgegen internationalem Brauch nicht montags, sondern dienstags geschlossen ist, was der Tourist nicht ahnen kann). Punkto Qualität des Nachtessens besteht grosser Verbesserungs-bedarf! Der unseres Erachtens ungenügende Koch hindert uns daran, Ihr Hotel weiterzuempfehlen. Die Spannteppiche in den Zimmern sollten aus hygienischen Gründen entfernt werden. Etwas weniger Elektronik im Zimmer wäre auch genug. |

ho cenato in albergo in due persone consumando in totale tre piatti e una normale bottiglia di vino: 66 euro. Eccessivo!!!! Anche perchè la somma che mi è stata adebitata non corrisponde ai prezzi del menu (i piatti andavano dai 10 ai 14 euro). |

El trato del personal fue excelente. Un detalle a destacar, la cesta de fruta a la llegada. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, frente a la Reggia No conseguí que funcionara Internet en mi habitación; en recepción me ofrecieron acceder desde allí, pero no lo utilicé |
