It is easily reached by train. The breakfast was excelent since it had a very good variety of fruites.The lobby is very spacefully and the staff at the desk are very well mannered and helpful. The main entrance did not had the slop to carry in the luggage. |

convenient location. I find the staff cold and not polished. one time i requested to borrow an adaptor and they told me to go down and get it. but helpful enough such that when i requested a change of room, the request was granted. |

Very central location We managed to get a good deal for two nights accomodation in Bologna. However, finding accomodation in this city at a reasonable price is a nightmare. For a few weeks prior to our arrival in Bologna most hotels in this city (including the NH Bologna) had rates of over €300 per night! And by no means is this a top luxurious hotel! |

The staff was very friendly and helpful in providing information about tourist venues. The room was large, but with very old decor and did not match the "design" look of the reception area. |

Very pleasant stay with friendly, helpful staff and a comfortable and quiet room. Convenient transport links via Central Station and handy for the centre too. |

its in the city center and near the trane station and its excellent internet its working really slowly and its 5 euros for 30 min, and its a hotel of 4 stars, breakfast is really poor for 4 * |

Great location, a very short walk from central rail station and ideal for airport bus and local buses. Easy walk to main tourist sites and good restaurants. Breakfast was very good. |

Location We ordered a wakeup call for 6am and never received it. Almost missed our flight. They said that they have been having problems with the system. Why didn't they tell us that when we asked for the wakeup call? |

The complete newly decorated rooms. My room was on the 4th floor. Food in the restaurant was very good. Only one of the three elevators was in use. |
