The receptiontist at the hotel was probably the most efficient receptionist I have ever come across in a hotel. Excellent service. |

the room was lovely, food excellent in the restaurant both breakfast and dinner, the staff were very helpful and you can get a good deal if you negotiate we loved the hotel but discovered on the last day of our stay that the area is a bit rough at night (another guest told us) - although to be fair we didn't experience any problems ourselves |

realy good room and bathroom staff very helpfull nothing was too much trouble. hotel bar was a non event expensive and never open. resturant menu very limited and expensive.Loads of other eateries close bye. |

The breakfast was compleate with hot items included, and we were upgraded to a superior room because we were staying 5 nights. Location by the train station was convenient for travel, but train station areas are not as clean or safe as other areas. |

Friendly helpful staff (even to the extent of holding my luggage whilst waiting for a train 3 days after our stay), spacious room with excellent firm beds, luxurious bathroom with bath/shower, quiet at night. Thoroughly recommended. Problems with the air conditioning the first night |

We only stayed one night as a stopover to somewhere esle. The Hotel was within easy walking distance to the Railway station which was ideal for us. We had a modern, good sized room. Breakfast was very good. The reception staff were very helpful. |

Comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, good breakfast Sterile lounge/bar area, bright lights and lous radio on all day. Airconditioning did not work and was not fixed which is unacceptable in a 4 star hotel. Uninterested staff |

I had to provide my own soap and other bathroom consumables. These are normally provided at other hotels I use, and I don't understand why a hotel of NH Jolly's status did not provide these. This was a minor fault that did not spoil my enjoyment. |

Nice rooms and a nice breakfast, the staff is very friendly and helpfull. The heating in the rooms was very poor, an AC was present, but if you would switch it on for 30 degress in a couple of minutes it would stop. The average temperature in the room was 23 degrees. Also hi's location, nearby a railway station is not the best, the area is full of strage people during the eavening. |

Excellent placed on 200 m from the station. Connects well into Milan. City center of Brescia is on walking distance. Staff is helpfull in answering questions. The bar was most of the time unattended. Took some time before somebody arrived. |

Very easy to find just opposite Bus & train station. Very comfortable rooms, staff friendly & helpful. Food was excellent both breakfast & evening meal. Without a doubt a bargain find |

L'hotel non è bellissimo, molto di più..è Stupendo, comodo, caldo, accogliente.. Dotato di ogni comfort..il personale poi, gentilissimo..ci tornerei anche domani.la colazione super eccellente. |

Goede ontvangst, nette kamer, goed ontbijt, zeer centraal gelegen verwarming kon niet uit. Airco aangezet maar de verwarming was sterker. Raam open geeft veel straatlawaai. Parkeren is een drama met al die busbanen en eenrichtingsverkeer. |

zeer goede ligging, ontbijtbuffet perfect, kamer mooie grootte, badkamer mooi en perfect in orde. Goede bedmatrassen en bovendien : kamer was goed geisoleerd voor lawaai van buitenaf. Bed en badlinnen zeer net. |
