I loved the swimming pool and the bar service right next to it. The complementary breakfast was also great. Yes! I had made friends with a staff member and asked to see if he was working so I could say bye. Another staff member (Carlo) said no he is not, but I am the same. Would you like me to come up to your room? I think this is unacceptable for a staff member to say to a hotel guest. |

Our room was nice and spacious, beds were comfortable, bathroom was pleasant and clean. The shuttle was well organised and on time. It is quite far from metro but shuttle is fairly efficient; just make sure you find out the schedule and pick-up point well in advance. There is also a public bus you can take to the nearest metro station. Also, if you stay in the room facing the highway, you have to keep windows closed to keep the noise down. |

The shuttle was provided, half the staff was very helpful, esp Valentina.but The porter was rude, as well as one of the gentlemen behind the desk(bald man) We stayed with you independently, while awaiting to meet up with our tour...you said No ac til june???very hot!!! Yet 2 weeks later when came with our tour you were able to turn it on(still may) no pool use also.we cannot stay with you again unless we are on a tour, or it is after june. |

the breakfast is the only positive thing about this hotel the room is really old and carpet has many staints. the bed sheet is also suspecious... hotel is far from downtown though has shuttle bus |

The buffet breakfast was great; the food was good and the staff was very friendly. It would be ideal if it is located closer to the city center. However, it provides shuttle service to the Metro which is quite convenient except you'll have to allow an extra 1/2 hour for travelling to and from town. |

Disorganizzazione, nonostante avessi inserito i nominativi degli ospiti in fase di prenotazione, non sono stati ritrovati e gli è stato detto che non c'era nessuna prenotazione a loro nome. |

A központba a szállodának saját Shuttle bus járata van, melynek ára 5 EUR/fő oda-vissza. A szállás árát kérdés nélkül a hitelkártyára terhelték, ráadásul duplán. Ennek a megoldásában kis mértékben vettek részt, de végül megoldódott. |

La gentilezza e professionalita' del personale. La struttura necessita una forte ristrutturazione.Sia gli arredi che le moquettes sono consunte.Un vecchio Jolly che dovrebbe essere portato a nuovi standard di qualita'. |

La struttura è molto confortevole e curata nei dettagli e tuttavia non risulta nell'insieme fredda e distaccata per la serie "non toccare". Le stanza sono ben tenute e accoglienti. |

Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk en helpen je overal bij als je iets vraagt. ook met klachten kan je daar terecht en lossen het direct voor je op. de kamers kunnen wel iets beter. ( meer onderhoud ) want je merkt gewoon dat het een veel bezocht hotel is. |

Poolanlage sehr gepflegt, Shuttlebus verkehrte zuverlässig, Zimmer haben alle einen Balkon, Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse eher überdurchsschnittlich. Für Frühbucher ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Hotel ist insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Matratze war völlig durchgelegen. Da viele Jugengruppen hier untergebracht werden relativ laut (auch in der Nacht). Unter dem Strich ein eher unterdurchschnitliches NH Hotel. |

Gute Lage und Verbindung zur Sehenswürdigkeiten, sehr gutes Frühstück, Zimmer waren sauber, Pool für Kinder war optimal Shuttle Bus war nicht immer zuverlässig, Bar Keeper an der Poolbar war nicht geeignet, kennt Cocktails nicht, mischt dann eigene Kreationen |
