Our room was nice and spacious, beds were comfortable, bathroom was pleasant and clean. The shuttle was well organised and on time. It is quite far from metro but shuttle is fairly efficient; just make sure you find out the schedule and pick-up point well in advance. There is also a public bus you can take to the nearest metro station. Also, if you stay in the room facing the highway, you have to keep windows closed to keep the noise down. |

The shuttle was provided, half the staff was very helpful, esp Valentina.but The porter was rude, as well as one of the gentlemen behind the desk(bald man) We stayed with you independently, while awaiting to meet up with our tour...you said No ac til june???very hot!!! Yet 2 weeks later when came with our tour you were able to turn it on(still may) no pool use also.we cannot stay with you again unless we are on a tour, or it is after june. |

the breakfast is the only positive thing about this hotel the room is really old and carpet has many staints. the bed sheet is also suspecious... hotel is far from downtown though has shuttle bus |

The buffet breakfast was great; the food was good and the staff was very friendly. It would be ideal if it is located closer to the city center. However, it provides shuttle service to the Metro which is quite convenient except you'll have to allow an extra 1/2 hour for travelling to and from town. |

The shuttle was very nice The pool hours are not good...people are out seeing Rome during the day...thus keep the pool open longer at night! |

Breakfast was really good with all varieties of selection suited for different tastes. It was far from the city center but the complementary shuttle was really good. Rooms were a bit cold for this time of the year. Altogether I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel reception was quite helpful. |
