Friendly staff. Even the staff that didnt speak english tryed very hard to help us. We didnt like having to pay for the shuttle into the city that we could not get on because the driver was letting people without a ticket on. This happend three days in a row, so we decided to just go with a taxi everyday.

The hotel is being renovated, probably following the acquisition from Jolly Hotels. The superior room was brilliant, modern, freshly and beautifully decorated and furnished. The common areas of the hotel are tired and in some cases shabby, but I am certain nh will change that soon. Common areas, breakfast and general appearance need improvements

La posizione è ideale per la vicinanza al raccordo autostradale e per ill centro. Ho scelto l'hotel per perchè ci avevo pernottato altre volte anche se mancavo da 4/5 anni. Ero insieme ad un ospite straniero e volevo un hotel di reputazione. Non l'avessi mai fatto. Alla reception ci hanno subito proposto un'altra camera con prezzo di € 15 in più rispetto a quella "standard" prenotata al 5° piano. In 30 anni che frequento giornalmente alberghi non ho mai visto niente di peggio. Appena arrivati al piano la puzza della moquette e le pareti fatiscenti ci hanno dato il benvenuto. Le camere sporche, mobili e piastrellame rotti e cadenti. Così come le suppellettili. Ritengo scandaloso per la Catena nh di cui conosco altre strutture del tutto dignitose e per Booking proporre alberghi del genere. E non camprendo il Comune, l'Azienda sanitaria locale e il nas che conmtrolli fanno. Come è possibile dare 4 stelle ad un albergo del genere.

Die gute Ausstattung einschliesslich Aussenpool (im Sommer) mit schöner terrassenbestuhlung - auch der Hotelbus ins Zentrum ist bestens zu nutzen. Die Lage ist ideal: Zum Flughafen 25 Min. zur City ca. 15-20 Min. und nahe der Nord-Umfahrung/Autobahn (für Geschäftsreisen).

Hôtel situe en dehors de la ville (6 km du centre).En plein mous d'aout la piscine était vide sans que cela ne soit précise lors de la réservation (3 jours avant) et 9 jours après aucun travaux commences. Pas très honnête , hôtel a oublier.

Accueil du personnel agréable et sympathique Chambres spacieuses et bien équipées Bonnes prestations dans l'ensemble Petit-dejeuner buffet trés bien garni les tarifs sur la période en non refundable sont trés attractifs ! Un hotel nettement orienté congrés et groupes , plutot que vacances en famille pour visiter Rome . La navette payante ( 5€ par a/r et par personne ) et quasiment obligatoire pour aller en centre ville , ( pas de bus à proximité) et les contraintes horaires ( dernière à 23h30 ). la piscine qui est vide et arrêtée, depuis semble-t-il un bon moment ! pas d'info à la réception, nous sommes allés à la piscine pour le constater ! c'est alors qu'il nous a été indiqué que la pisicine avait un problème et que nous avions une navette ( gratuite , cele-ci ) pour aller à la pisicine d'un autre nh à Rome ( Villa Carpegna) les tarifs de la restauration et du bar sont trés élevés ! Au final ,l'impression que l'hotel fait du remplissage l'été , mais n'a pas d'offre de prestations adaptée à une clientèle famille qui peut être séduite par les tarifs des chambres pratiquées, au contraire d'autres hotels de même catégorie, qui à côté de leurs prestations classiques, ont pour l'été des formules snack , bar beaucoup plus accessibles

Tout a été bien! Parking gratuit. Bons petits déjeuners. Navette gratuite vers la piscine d'un autre hôtel. Navette vers le centre ville est régulière. Poussière sous le lit, elle ressort si on bouge ce lit.

Das frisch renovierte Zimmer (402) war luxuriös eingerichtet Zur Zeit fanden Renovierungsarbeiten statt, die mit erheblichem Krach verbunden waren. Der Pool war nicht in Betrieb.
