The price was quite good especially considering that this is Rome and lot of hotels are totally booked. Room was clean and nice. It's not particular problem of the hotel itself but it's really hard to find it. The Google Maps shows the location on the Via Aurelia 800 which would be 0.5km away from real location. In order to get there one has to drive from Via Aurelia in direction to exit city, pass the Google Maps (or gps) location on their right and in 200 meters after the bridge turn right and take ramp up for another 200 meters. Also their shuttle bus to Rome center has quite inconvenient schedule and price is 5 euro per person which is ridiculous as you could just buy 4 euro daily pass for all public transportation in Rome and take bus and metro to wherever you want.

Friendly staff. Even the staff that didnt speak english tryed very hard to help us. We didnt like having to pay for the shuttle into the city that we could not get on because the driver was letting people without a ticket on. This happend three days in a row, so we decided to just go with a taxi everyday.

Personale molto gentile Ogni servizio aggiuntivo è estremamente costoso: 10,80 euro al giorno per la connessione wi-Fi in camera. Mi è stata assegnata una stanza decisamente spaziosa, ma situata in una parte dell'edificio ancora vetusta. Le insegne confondono: esternamente è ancora indicato come Jolly Hotel e non NH.

Reception efficiente rapida cordiale. Camere ampie, pulite, in perfetta manutenzione. Prima colazione presentata bene, materie prime di qualità, servizio rapido e professionale. Ampio parcheggio gratuito (aspetto prezioso a Roma)

Bien qu'assez éloigné du centre ville, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le système de navette mise en place. La cadence des départs et retours à l'hôtel est excellent et les prix pratiqués sont très convenables. La carte présentée au restaurant n'est pas la même que celle figurant dans les chambres. Les choix sur la carte sont assez restreints. Par contre, le système mini-bar en chambre est idéal. On paie une fois et si une petite soif ou petite faim se fait sentir, il y a assez pour se succenter. Les indications diverses sont inscrites en italiens, anglais ou allemand, hélas rien en français.

Il rapporto qualità prezzo Il maitre di sala del ristorante e l'addetto alla somministrazione dei pasti sembravano molto scocciati dall'affluenza del pubblico dopo le h 22,30. questo mi ha costretto a dover uscire dall'albergo per trovare un altro ristorante. E dopo 5 ore di autostrada nel bel mezzo del traffico

Necessita' di Miglioramento e potenziamento del servizio navetta. Quella delle 7.30 ' e partita, 'e rimasta bloccata nel traffico e non 'e piu' ritornata per espletare il servizio delle 8.15. Non mi sono stati rimborsati gli importi pagati per I due biglietti.

Las habitaciones muy amplias y confortables, los amenities del toilet excelentes. Te dan 30 minutos gratis de internet en el lobby. El desayuno completo , con pastries, comidas calientes, fiambres, el cafe delicioso. Cerca del Hotel hay un supermercado y algunos restaurantes. Es un poco alejado del centro, pero el hotel tiene un transporte hacia el centro que sale regularmente. Hay que abonar 5 euros por persona ida y vuelta y tarda 15 minutos. Los recepcionistas no son muy entuciastas con los huespedes a la hora de contestar preguntas.
