Like other reviews say, the staff of this hotel was not friendly at all. No smile, no "hi", etc. But I booked this hotel just for the beautiful view, so I am satisfied. |

Location, nice room, the view of the city center, the fact that it is pet friendly. breakfast and lack of a decent city map (there was only a xerox sheet of paper with a poor map but no information about the attractions) |

The hotel is very central, hotel is really nice & very very reasonable, excellent breakfast. Shopping area is pretty much behind the hotel, Santa Lucia is a short walk away to the beautiful sea area. Bus tours 2 minute walk, recommend Mount Vesuvius but bring a jacket if going to sit on top deck. Only warning is that drivers are a bit crazy, don't presume they will stop for a predestrian crossing |

Excellent view from the room, very good positioning good neighborhood (considering we were in Napoli). Nice breakfast, clean and spacious room, nice staff. The building clearly needs a renovation. It has no parking but there is a safe parking in the same building (I didn’t like that I had to leave my keas on the vehicle). |

The hotel has a fantastic view over Napoli and because of the hight of the hotel it is comfortably raised above the noisy (and chaotic) traffic of Napoli. Overall a very good hotel in the center of Napoli. |

As with any NH hotel, this property was wonderful! The staff was great, the property was modern, and the breakfast was fabulous! We were with my parents and their room was a bit small (sea view), but our city view room was fantastic. NH and Jolly Hotels are always a delight- and this was no exception. |

In spite of the above problems during chick-in, the staff agreed to resolve all issues for us and makde us feel comfortable thereafter. The lack of coordination between Booking.com and teh hotel as a result we were made to feel as if a very special rate was being extended to us which we did not deserve. |

in tutta onestà l'albergo è stato scelto per la posizione in quanto avevo bisogno di una sistemazione prossima al porto ma in considerazione dell'esito del soggiorno dubito fortemente che ci ritornerò la gestione della camera. dal sito Booking.com ho prenotato una doppia superior (segnalo che la foto sul sito indica la presenza di un letto matrimoniale e non da la possibilità di scegliere la tipologia di letto) e quando ho fatto il check in mi è stata assegnata una camera con letti twin. ho chiesto lo spostamento in una matrimoniale e mi è stata proposta, come upsell, una deluxe. |
