Friendly staff, very nice panorama from room window Few electricity plugs in the room and far from bed, bathroom old with old furnitures (half broken) need reparations. Internet in the room only paying (free only in reception).

The proximity of the castle and the seaside, the view is excellent. The hotel is closed to any place of interest which you should dream and want to see. I really enjoy my stay in NH Hotel Naples.

Eccellente accoglienza alla reception ((in particolare del Sig.Davide,che pur impegnato su diversi fronti ha saputo accoglierci con cortesia e grande professionalità). Pulizia della camera superlativa,vista dalle finestre del 29° piano mozzafiato,value-for- money eccezionale! Zona shopping a due passi...Merita un viaggio!

Localización en el centro, pemitiendo una fácil movilidad para visitar diferentes áreas consideradas de interés turístico y cultural Las habitaciones son sobrias y los precios del bar son exagerados. No hay internet gratuita en las habitaciones, ni gimnasio o piscina, lo cual no es normal para un 4 estrellas de 120 € la noche.La oferta de tv es muy limitada.

Sono stata davvero benissimo in quest'albergo.La vista dal 23° era spettacolare,la colazione varia ed abbondante,lo staff molto professionale,gli ambienti curati..Forse qualche dettaglio un pò datato...ma nel complesso posso tranquillamente affermare che ci ritornerei.

Camere accoglienti spaziose, letto buono, colazione buona Si il bagno lascia a desiderare per la pulizia, doccia sporca e piena di calcare,vaso con fondo sporco, è una cosa veramente riprorevole per un hoteldel genere. Un altra cosa che secondo me è assurda il caffe' ed il cappuccino da fare nelle macchinette automatiche.

El hotel esta perfectamente ubicado.Las habitaciones son excelentes algunas o muchas con vistas la mar.El servicio impecable y simpaticos.Las camas son amplias y con mucho confort para dormir.Mucho armario para dejar la ropa,para mi gusto excelente igual que los hoteles de lujo.Muy céntrico para pasear,compras,restaurantes etc. Ideal tambien para congresos. El hotel esta decorado moderno, pero no es cálido y acogedor.

La location è ottima per la vicinanza con il centro di Napoli e con I principali monumenti. Ottimo servizio e colazione. Gli impianti sono un po' vetusti I sanitari dagli anni 70-80 non hanno subito rinnovi. La vasca per esempio ha perso la smaltatura, gli scarichi dei sanitari erano un po' fatiscenti.

“Spotlessly clean rooms that are ultra modern in the starkest of minimilist style. The well informed very efficient staff wear kahki uniforms and it felt to me that we were in a well run prison. The sgribbled graffiti style decoration possibly wouldn't have suited my mature parents, but we liked the quiky style of it all. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and food.
