It is nice and sweet. The room was clean. And panaroma of the room was beautiful since it saw sea, port and castle. Hotel also was so close to port and bus station. I used R2 bus to go central train station. It was only 5 minutes when traffic normal to go to the central train station. In heavy traffic, maximum time of arriving went to 10 minutes. The breakfeast was not appropriate for Muslims. I could eat only fruit marmalades. Everything except from breakfeast was good.

Ubicación , trato de los empleados,vistas y la cama, especialmente las almohadas. La limpieza del baño no era buena,la ducha después de varios días olía a moho y el water no se limpiaba correctamente,la luz era escasa en el baño y por eso quizá se descuida la higiene del inodoro.En general la habitación poco iluminada y también falta de cajones en las mesillas de noche,así como papel para escribir y bolígrafo.

La habitación estaba muy bien, pero lo mejor sin dudas era la vista de toda la bahía y el puerto. La estadía fue muy agradable. Tuvimos alguna dificultad con internet, debería ser gratuito sin límite de tiempo. En el desayuno se junta mucha gente y empiezan a faltar productos.

Es un hotel de cadena, grande. Buen desayuno. Esta ubicado muy cerca del puerto de Nápoles, unas 4 cuadras, lo cual es bueno si arribas a la ciudad desde Capri o Sorrento en Ferry. No tiene wifi gratis en las habitaciones, lo cual debiera para las 4 estrellas que ostenta.

vista meravigliosa sul golfo di Napoli dal 20esimo piano!!! la stanza non era tra quelle restaurate di recente e il bagno e gli arredi li ho trovato un po' squallidi.

Arredo stanza vetusto, tv anni 90, internet a pagamento, cinghia della tapparella logora e sfilacciata. Bath room vetusta, sciacquone che scorre di continuo, porta a vetro della doccia senza bordo di gomma che fa fuoriuscire l'acqua, aspiratore aria non funzionante, cornice interna della porta di legno logora e consumata di almeno 10 cm. Ove fuoriesce muratura e cemento. Breakfast scarno, distributori automatici caffe' frequentemente fuori uso, latte e yogurth piccole quantita' che terminano subito e non vengono rimpiazzate, assenza di cestino rufiuti da tavola. Insomma: delusione totale da come si immaginava.

La ubicación era perfecta, aunque la estación central no estaba cerca podías llegar fácilmante en autobus. El puerto y el embarcadero de ferrys estaba muy a mano. Hasta el barrio histórico, la marina y la zona comercial de Via Toledo se podía ir caminando, Las vistas de la bahía y del Vesuvio desde la habitación eran impresionantes y supuso uno de los muchos atractivos del viaje. El desayuno muy correcto. El ambiente del hotel tranquilo y agradable. Estabamos en un piso muy alto y únicamente en un par de ocasiones tuvimos problemas con los ascensores que estaban colapsados. Creemos que las condiciones del hotel han contribuido a que nuestro viaje a Napoles haya sido ¡MAGNIFICO!

La amabilidad del personal y la rapida atención en todo momento. El grifo de la ducha perdia agua y en menos de 5 minutos lo tenia solucionado. Vistas magnificas a la ciudad al ser el edificio más alto de Napoles. Muy recomendable!
