great location

Hotel is relatively ok, personnel is helpful, professional. Bed is long enough, good for sleeping! Internet is free, but is also slow.

I'm non-smoker, I choose option non-smoking, yet I was put in a smokers room, breakfast is somehow weak, very narrow selection of foods. Selection of tv programs is very small (mostly italian); tv is very old, not lcd.

Like in Italy, number of hotels stars is over-valued. This a maximum 3 stars hotel. Next to nh hotel, there is a real 4 stars hotel: Hotel Mediterraneo!

Not a lot. I really couldn't understand why this hotel received any good reviews.

The hotel is old and dark in many places (the reception area). Many surfaces in my room had peeling paint/ scuff marks - hence my low "clean" rating. The pillows were as hard as rocks. The walls were paper thin - I heard in full my neighbour's telephone conversation at 1am in the morning. "Room heating" consisted of those horrible, old heaters that blow out dry, hot air (although in this case, dry, tepid air - I was really cold). The quilt was really thin on the bed, so coupled with the awful heating system, meant I was cold much of the time (I stayed in December). They charge €7.50 to bring your breakfast to your room, even though only a limited (continental style) breakfast was available, not the entire breakfast buffet. The breakfast itself was pretty poor - why would an Italian hotel, famous for coffee, only offer Nescafe' style, machine coffee? I will never book a room here again. I could not wait to leave the place.

Location is great to see the city and close to port to visit other islands such as Capri.

We upgraded for 15€ and although the room isn't the newest, it was really pleasant with nice facilities! we could have spent 6 months there with no problem! We travel a lot and we thought the breakfast was really really nice!! Well done and thanks for the guy at the reception:)

The view from my Room, 2929 was excellent, over the palaces, the port and the sea. the room was comfortable.

Breakfast had little choice.... for instance they did not have enough fruits The WI Fi was very very slow, when it worked!!!!

All rooms are very high up so well removed from the noise of the streets below and providing superb views across the city or harbour.

It was a great pleasure to stay at this hotel. It was a nice view from our room No.1929 facing the Naples bay and the Capri island. It was a nice breakfast serving many kinds of foods, fruits and cappuccino. If we have a chance to Naples again, we would like to stay at this hotel again and hope to stay at a room located on the 29th or 30th floor facing the same as this time.

Thank God the hotel was pretty good because I hated Naples!!! At least I could stay in the hotel while I waited for my friend who's arriving at the airport. I'm sure I won't be coming back to this hotel simply because I do not intend to go back t Naples ever again....

Probably the best available in the city. (City is dirty, so this is very hygenic place)

Buliding is very old...but not a big concern

It is nice and sweet. The room was clean. And panaroma of the room was beautiful since it saw sea, port and castle. Hotel also was so close to port and bus station. I used R2 bus to go central train station. It was only 5 minutes when traffic normal to go to the central train station. In heavy traffic, maximum time of arriving went to 10 minutes.

The breakfeast was not appropriate for Muslims. I could eat only fruit marmalades. Everything except from breakfeast was good.
