ホテルスタッフ、清潔度、朝食等、全てにおいて素晴らしいレベルでした。部屋から見えたサンタルチア港が最- 高でした。周辺の治安も問題なく、美味しいレストランもたくさんありました。 中央駅からバスに乗らなければならないのが少し大変かも。 |

部屋がとても広く、清潔かつ設備も良かった。ロケーションについても、市内観光にはアクセスも良く、港から- も徒歩圏内にあり、非常に便利であった。 |

３０階に泊まったのですが、とても眺めがよくナポリを一望できて大変よかったです。お部屋やバスも広く清潔- でした。ちょっとフロントが無愛想だったのが残念です。 |

初めてで、しかもナポリという都市のことを考慮した上で、あえて規模の大きなホテルを選んだが、失敗だった- ようだ。団体とか慣れたお客を相手にしているホテルという感じを受けた。部屋は眺めの良い部屋を取ったので- それはよかったのだが。事前に伝えておいたコメントに関してチェックインのときに確認したがこれというも無- かった。（言葉の問題もあったかもしれないが） 個人旅行で不安だったがレセプションスタッフの対応に親切さが感じられなかった。また朝食時に 団体客とかち合ったためかほとんどのメニューが切れている状態で、時間を気にしている朝なのにイライラした- 。 |

立地条件がよく、どこに行くのも便利で、しかもナポリ中央駅周辺と比べ街の雰囲気や治安もよかった。ホテル- もスタッフの対応は思ったよりもよく、きれいで快適でした。 |

The staff is efficient and well prepared. The location is excellent. The view from most rooms is very beautiful. The architecture is "misplaced". In fact, a sky scraper in the middle of the old city is good for the views but very bad from an aesthetic point of view. |

Location was close to do my work. Room was not clean at all, staff were not friendly, there is no internet (even though they mentioned that there is) TV was from stone ages and 14" screen only, restaurant food was below average and except for the room they over charged in everything else. |

We liked the fact that the staff were helpful and the room was clean. They were kind enough to arrange for a birthday cake and champagne to be bought and brought to the room for my partner's birthday. The view from the bedroom window was fantastic! We hated the location where everything was covered in graffiti and the streets were overflowing with beggars, stray dogs and garbage. In our opinion, Naples is not a place to go on holiday which is why, presumably we were the only non business people staying there. We liked the hotel but only to use in a business capacity which is why we put "no" below. |

The concierge Mario was especially helpful and professional. The taxi driver that was called to take us to the train station charged us double the amount on the meter because he said we had luggage and requested air conditioning. |
