The staff is efficient and well prepared. The location is excellent. The view from most rooms is very beautiful.

The architecture is "misplaced". In fact, a sky scraper in the middle of the old city is good for the views but very bad from an aesthetic point of view.

We liked the fact that the staff were helpful and the room was clean. They were kind enough to arrange for a birthday cake and champagne to be bought and brought to the room for my partner's birthday. The view from the bedroom window was fantastic!

We hated the location where everything was covered in graffiti and the streets were overflowing with beggars, stray dogs and garbage. In our opinion, Naples is not a place to go on holiday which is why, presumably we were the only non business people staying there. We liked the hotel but only to use in a business capacity which is why we put "no" below.

The bathrooms really need updating. The plumbing is especially outdated

A room with a superb view

The internet connection was offered at an outrageous price, which is not acceptable in these days and age!

Location, nice room, the view of the city center, the fact that it is pet friendly.

breakfast and lack of a decent city map (there was only a xerox sheet of paper with a poor map but no information about the attractions)

Colazione insufficiente per servizio (a parziale scusante il notevole numero di persone), appena sufficiente per qualità e varietà (considerate le 4 stelle).

ottima posizione, buon confort delle camere.

l'albergo non ha garage, per il posteggio si deve andare ad un garage in zona, nelle caratteristiche dell'albergo c'è scritto che il garage è presente.

Su ubicacion en la ciudad, cerca del centro historico y del puerto.

En el folleto que había en mi habitación 1935, indicaba l exixtencia de caja de seguridad en todas las habitaciones... No había. Pregunto a recepcion y me dicen que en las estandar no hay...El personal no conocía nada en español.
