The room is very big, clean and comfortable. The view from the room is gorgeous. The breakfest is excellent.

The stuff is very unfreandly, i couldn't talk to the manager because he didn't came at work as he should, and everyone there was afraid to call him to ask when he will come at work. In order to use the internet you need to get from the reception every 30 minutes the username and password, and it's annoying.

Good volue for money

The room was very clean and located convenient to most locations in Lecco. The staff was very friendly and most of them spoke English which was good for me as a non European traveler.

The bath room was very, very small and cramped

Close to station. Excellent & friendly staff, especially lady at reception, good servicd at restaurant. Free wifi in lobby

Nowhere proper to sit and do pc work...would be nice to have had a little desk so one can sit properly instead of low lobby chairs. Wifi only lasts 30 mins at a timr.

My husband and I stayed with two other relations, we both paid the same price but our room was superior to the other, and we were offered a upgrade they were not, and the parking of the car was in a public car park outside the hotel not impressive,

Great location to all of Lecco and great walking and biking trail right behind the hotel.

Having to pay €15 per night for car parking is not good

1) The staff were pleasant & helpful ....but more importantly, the front desk manager "Ylenia" was at hand both personally and on email ... to facilitate all the requirements for our trip.... Including a private family function, birthday celebrations, varied choice of menu ( to facilitate guests within the group ) and especially Live Music (which is difficult to arrange in Italy).Without her help I doubt everything would have run so smoothly ! and 2 ) The hotel was located within walking distance..Approx 15 to 20 minutes to the pick up point for the lake cruise,which was both scenic and always on time .

1) No major complaints about the hotel in general....very clean,spacious and cool ..... ( outside temperature was about 37 degrees c ) ...but the added facility of a swimming pool would have been welcome. 2) The only other small criticism would be the staff, ( even though we were holding a Private function ).... failed to advise that the bar was closing at twelve midnight.This not only makes poor business sense !!!. and a loss of revenue to the hotel ...... given guests were unable to pre- order drinks with the meal...... But necessitated a degree of ingenuity on the part of the guests to circumvent this!

I have stayed here before and have always found the hotel to be consistent in quality and cleanliness. More of a business hotel than a family hotel it makes for a pleasant weekend "City" break

The principal public areas lack charisma, and the bar area has nothing to offer other than as an extension to the restaurant. It has no identity.Also, the internet access is impossibly slow.

A good hotel that I would stay at again if I am visiting Lecco again. The room was spacious. The breakfast was really good with lots of choices and one of the best scrambled eggs, I have ever eaten. It was very close to the center of the city. The beds were ok. It was clean. All in all a good experience.

The only negative thing I would point out, is the fact that the internet is not free at the rooms. You have to go to the reception and ask for a 30 min. free access at the lobby. And once you are online, the internet is painfully slow!
