Det var rent, ryddig, bra rom og sentralt. Personalet virket noe overfladisk når vi kom. Ikke så hjelpsom når vi spurte om parkering. Betalingsrutinene virker noe rotete. Dagen etter når vi dro og jeg skulle betale, sa hun at mannen min hadde betalt. Jeg gikk ut i bilen og han sa at det ikke var riktig. Jeg gikk tilbake og betalte, og damen var veldig glad for det. Hun var veldig hyggelig og veldig glad for at jeg sa fra. Dette var en annen dame en hun som tok imot oss om kvelden dagen før. |

The closeness of Lake Como & Milan It took 4 x phone calls to staff for them finally to tell me that they could not supply iron/ironing board to my room. |

We were very disappointed with the view from our rooms. We upgraded for a lake view, however to see this we had to open the window and stretch out. On our first evening we had dinner in the restaurant and we were appalled at the service we received from the waiter. We never ate in the hotel again. The daily menu was the same for 3 days. |

Superior rooms were spacious and comfortable. Great view of river from Lake Como from balcony. Great selection of fruit and foods during breakfast. |

We did not have a lake view when we arrived and the staff were extremely helpful in moving us the next day. They were also very helpful in giving suggestions for our itinary. The hotel was quiet at night and we came home well rested. We found the hotel good value for money. We would have liked a bar to retire to after a days touring and found it difficult to even get a cup of coffee before bed. There was room service but we think a welcoming bar would have been advantageous to both clients and the hotel. |

Breakfast was good. Located 10 minutes walk from several town ristorantes. Staff spoke very good english and provided a consierge service. No kettle in the rooms. Bath was too small for two people. |

Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was comfortable, clean and views of mountains beautiful. Breakfast variety was plentiful and delicious. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying there again in the future. |

very comfortable and big room, very complete breakfast, friendly staff,beautiful lake view. Lecco is an ideal place to relax and enjoy and not so much crowdy as commo with a beautiful panoramic and walking pathway on top of the mountain that you reach by cable car,don't miss it! |

The hotel in good position and interor of hotel seems to have been newly refurbished. Given lovely large room with water views. Lecco very nice town. The attitude of some staff members. |

Room size is nice; but not enough... We were quite disappointed from the room: (1) hotel location it not idle for traveling in this area; (2) hotel surrounding is somewhat industrial and not nice; (3) hotel design is to business oriented; (4) room cleanliness was quite poor; (5) room view (although we paid more for lake view) was poor - not a real lake view... |
