Locate close to centre with metro nearby Room is quite hot in winter time. Very small closet. Bedsheet is not changed everyday and you have to ask. |

Liked the location and the style of the hotel, and we chose it after reading other reviews. We upgraded our room on arrival and really would recommend this as we got one that was same as photo on the website. Good choice for breakfast for a continental breakfast and would recommend and use this hotel again. |

The clean and comfortable room and other places in the hotel. Staff in the reception was very kind and helpful. They made you feel that you are very welcome. Breakfast was good. Rooms were tidy and pretty! Not really! Well it would have been nice to have some bikes to rent from the hotel. |

The staff were very friendly, we received an up grade and when arriving early were able to check in straight away. The room was also very quiet and spacious. |

it was not so far from the center , with tow stops at the metro we were at Dumo. you could also walk. some days the AC was not working. I didnt like the fact that i had to go a special room to do ironing,they wouldnt provide me with one in the room! |

Service was good,staff were pleasant and rooms were v clean. Location was very convenient. 2 non smoking rooms were booked- only 1 was as requested, the other smelt of cigarettes. The décor was very dated in our rooms in what seemed to be the old part of the hotel. |

The staff was very polite and very helpful. I like the cleanliness of the hotel, the design of the hotel as well. Breakfast was a treat. I found the wi-fi rate exhorbitant at 10 EUR per hour. |
