Front desk and concierge staff were very helpful. House keeping staff spoke little English but they tried to help. Getting around town were easy.

Ihave stayed in this hotel often and always find it excellent.

it was not so far from the center , with tow stops at the metro we were at Dumo. you could also walk.

some days the AC was not working. I didnt like the fact that i had to go a special room to do ironing,they wouldnt provide me with one in the room!

The staff was very polite and very helpful. I like the cleanliness of the hotel, the design of the hotel as well. Breakfast was a treat.

I found the wi-fi rate exhorbitant at 10 EUR per hour.

The hotel has ok location close to the train station and metro stop. I really enjoyed the breakfast service in this hotel. Great, specious dining room and food selection was quite impressive. The hotel stuff was very helpful too.

Overall, modern design of the lobby and bar area makes a good welcoming statement, however my room besides the bathroom was quite dark with dated furnishings. I wish they updated the room to match the new, clean and bright bathroom design.

1) Location- near Metro station, 2) Green - a big park just 2 mins away

1) Internet service- not able to use at my room although I was told that internet is available in my room (EUR5 per day). I ended up paying EUR10 using internet service at their tiny business centre for one hour! 2) The bathroom, toilet is leaking somewhere as I could hear the water drops at night.

hotel bien situé, près du quartier "shopping" et du dome(15 minutes à pied), proche aussi de la gare centrale et de corso como...tous les endroits où nous voulions nous rendre...

curieusement les salles de bain ne correspondent pas au design de la chambre mais sont néanmoins propres et fonctionnelles

ik boekte een double room voor 1-persoonsgebruik, eerst kreeg is single room ( schoendoosformaat),de double room was niet meer available en moest het stellen met een iets grotere single room......niet correct daar ik voor een ander kamertype reserveerde!
