It was about 5-10 minutes walking distance from the Vatican and really excellent for public transport in and around the city. The staff were helpful and friendly enough and the hotel was extremely clean/comfortable and airy. The restaurant/room service/mini bar prices were ludicrous, something like £7 for a juice is beyond ridiculous. Also, people were arriving for breakfast and there were no tables or seats and some of the staff simply ignored guests who were asking for a table. |

The location is good, nice quiet safe leafey area, breakfast was OK, what you would expect ie cereal , bread ham cheese etc. They did have eggs and sausages which I did not have, but it looked edible :) The staff I though were very helpful. By Rome standards it good . Bus services are close by, better then the Metro if you intend to visit the sites. While the room size was adaquate the decor was a bit 80s and as usual with hotels in Rome of this price (which is not cheap in my opinion) facilities are basic enough. Its a typical business hotel, |

I liked that the room and the bathroom was quite clean. I didn't like the elevators (looks quite old for me) and the fact we didn't have free wireless internet access in the room. |

The buffet breakfast was very nice, increase the kind of breads We paid for a 10€ wifi connection to be used through my husband's i-phone for applications like choice of restaurants, maps, etc The 2nd day his i-phone was stolen in the Metro. I've explained the situation to the hotel and since we paid it in cash, refused to reimburse it to me. However, I hope to be able to use it in other cities. |

The hotel staff were extrememly accomodating and friendly. THis is a business hotel, but were very gracious to the children. The room they gave us was very spacious and clean. (They gave us a larger room than originally booked because of our children). THe breakfast buffet was one of the best we have ever had in Europe! I would definately stay here again. |

An excellent breakfast which sets you up for a hard day's touring! Staff helpful and attentive, would like to return to Rome and would certainly use this hotel again. Convenient position in relation to Vatican and centre. |

services Too expensive and inadeaquate internet access. In 2008 internet is not a luxury and should be available freely. |

The breakfast is incredible. Because we are staying there in off-peak season, the price is great for the service and the food. |
