Some staffs are nice...good location!!!! First of all, I arrive at the hotel around 0900am and I knew for the check in time around 1400pm..but the reception that I met was not nice and not even check my reservation..He told me that no room and I was surprise because I booked and got the confirmation from booking.com. I gave the comfirmation and then he told me come back 1500pm..not even gave me the information of rome.. |

The hotel is cheap and reasonably close in. Its a bit of a walk to the center of Rome but worth it to save money on the hotel plus the walk is pleasant. The decor of the rooms is very 70s which made it a very unique hotel. |

The hotel and room was clean and comfortable. The best thing I would say was the location. It is not in the heart of the tourist areas but takes just 10 minutes to walk there. This meant you can easily access the city yet get away for a quiet evening with great local restaurants. The Metro is also just a 5 minute walk away. The only real thing my wife and I did not like was that the hotel desk staff were very unfriendly. Whenever we had questions for them, they really didn't seem as if they wanted to help. They would give the most basic answers and try to get away from you no matter what time of the day or night it was or how quiet the desk was. It was bordering on being rude. No internet in 95% of hotel. |
