The hotel is in a great location, easy to walk to major sites but also to the Lepanto tube. The breakfast was very good and kept us going on our long days of site seeing.
It is an ideal functional hotel - often filled by airline staff. OK for a few days, rooms quite small and bathrooms look quite dated.
The breakfast is rich, the location is near the vatican and the Metro. Free toiletries was excellent.
The breakfast does not include vegetables. Not all staff speak in English, but they were very helpful.
I like the safety box I. The too using credit card as security number for lock code.
The door card didn't work and need go to front few times to resolve this problem. Maybe time to upgrade the door key system.
Staff helpful. Clean. Very good breakfast. Bed. Very close to city center. Quite neighbourhood with a few night bars. Taxi service was amazingly efficient.
I like everything. I miss a terrace bar on rooftop with city views...
Staff was a bit rude.
Location: It is in the center or Rome and it is walking distance from great shops, restaurants and historical sites
WiFi: The "free" WiFi is a ripoff!!! It is limited by speed and downloads per day. To have real WiFI you must pay about 10 Euro per day.
Location great, minuets of walking to Metro and Piazza Del Popolo and all of the Tourist sites. For Business traveler like myself it is a great location it has really good facilities and away from the noise of traffic. Excellant breakfast, one of the best I have seen in the many hotels I have stayed at. room service menu is average. Some of the desk staff were very nice except one. The wait staff were very accomodating
beds are hard, not that great of comfort. for sleep. I did read about bed bugs before I stayed, Im not sure but I do believe that the place needs a real fumigation as I had bites of some sorts on me every day.very unpleasant. As for the staff they seemed overwhelmed with rushing as they seemed short staffed. HOwever the one desk staff really was unpleasant to deal with, very rude, grumpy and if she cracked a smile here whole face and body would have broken, she was just a completely rude in her manner and the way she spoke, also to the Italians that she spoke with.
great breakfast, good location and nice staff
the cleaning was not so thorough
Comfortable and good location
Location is excellent food good, staff friendly and helpful
Beds and tv need upgrading. Had some problems with free wi-fi losing connection almost every day
Not far the city center breakfast
The hotel is very old; First the key wasn't working properly and each time we had to put the card at least 3 times before opening it. Then the safe wasn't working at all and no help from reception. But the worst was that we spend 3 nights and each time we came back at night, they had not done the room, it hasn't been clean, nothing! It was just as we had left it. We had to call each time to ask for towels at least, the receptionist told us we had left the "do not disturb" sign and we had to tell him 3 times it wasn't true. And indeed, we didn't had left any sign. Then there is a bad noise of ventilation during the night because the hotel is too old. We had a dinner there the first night and it was also very expensive for what it was. Very bad quality/price deal. We are used to Rome and this was the worst hotel we ever had.
The hotel is nice, clean and well kept. Breakfast fine and dinner as well. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location(10min walk to the centre and 3min walk to the nearest metro station). Comfortable room with a.c., t.v., free Wi-Fi and bathroom facilities.
There was no kettle in the room. A pitty for a hotel at this levels.
Breakfast, behaving of staffs, food
The friendliness of the front desk staff, in particular Gabriela(I hope the name is right). The hotel is also very well located.
The room was very small and the walls were damaged. They need to be painted. The cleanliness of the room was a disaster. The relation between the room conditions and the price is not fair.
Uncomfortable mattress, awful pillows and room overlooked deteriorating buildings strewn with garbage.
Location,hotel and dining room staff
Room could have done with a bit more dusting.
Access to all we wanted to see.Ideal location
The room although clean, could have done with better dusting on desktops TV and closets.
desk clerk Ivana was most pleasant and a true pleasure to deal with. without her help our stay would not have been as pleasant. She is truly an asset to your hotel.
near is Vatican
stuff is mad
Early hours for the breakfast so we can start the day visits early
They don't offer supper !!! such a big hotel with no staff for supper in mid-august!! unbelievable
Location was good. Size of room was fine, the bathroom was clean and had a bathtub. Location was good. Breakfast was terrific.
The bed and pillows were pretty bad. Bed was so hard and squeaky. décor and tv very old. no English option on the tv.no teapot in the room. didn't realize until later what the prices were for the mini fridge (5 euro for a coke!). not enough options for café in the hotel
Central location. Good breakfast buffet but Nescafé machines...
No parking available. Small bedroom. Very small bathroom and even smaller shower...
The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The place is in a nice area with easy access to a lot of places.
The staffs in the restaurant are not too friendly I don't know if this has to do with we are being oriental??
