Ligging van het hotel, ontbijt, personeel dat het ontbijt verzorgde en zeker het personeel dat de kamers verzorgde. Zéér ontevreden over de baliemedewerkers: gaven onvolledige èn onjuiste informatie; waren zéér kortaf en zelfs onbeleefd (zelfs geen "dank je wel" en/ of "dag" na uitchecken. Het ontbreken van een afdichtstrip onder de glazen douchewand waardoor de badkamer echt blank stond na gebruik van de douche. |

The hotel is cheap and reasonably close in. Its a bit of a walk to the center of Rome but worth it to save money on the hotel plus the walk is pleasant. The decor of the rooms is very 70s which made it a very unique hotel. |

within walking distance to Lepanto Metro station and St. Peter's square, quiet neighbourhood, a good shopping street right around the corner. The room was in very good condition, the bed was comfortable and the hotel was not overrun (e.g. no waiting for one of the 3 elevators) with guests. Good bathroom with nice shampoo and body care products. No wireless (WiFi) connection in the room. You have to use the only internet terminal behind the restaurant and purchase a WiFi coupon. The staff were not overly friendly, sometimes a little snippy, just the cleaning staff were always smiling and greeting. |

Because of its good location it was very convenient to get back in the middle of the day to have some rest. The staff were very helpful.We enjoyed our breakfasts very much and the room's facilities were almost prefect(see below). We really felt the lack of an electric kettle in the room, for preparing a hot drink early in the morning or just before getting to bed at night. |
