In the Milano Due residential district of Segrate, 320 yards from Parco Lambro, NH Milano 2 overlooks the Lago dei Cigni lake. It features free Wi-Fi throghout and modern air-conditioned rooms with a minibar. I was impressed with the availability at breakfast of foods suitable for those with food intolerances and allergies. That lunch and dinner menus were not as 'awkward eater' friendly (see awkwardeaters.com) Worst aspect of my trip was being hoodwinked by taxi company at the airport charging me 40 euros for the trip from Linate to the hotel.

The staff was great always with a smile when greeting. Breakfast was very nice, the warm croissants a must! The building needs some paint work in the exterior, the main entrance looks bad, the interior was ok.

Room is clean, nothing else. They lost my laundry!! And when I spoke to the reception guys, they looked so comfortable that I thought this is happening quite often...

The hotel is quite hidden in a new district of Milan. It serves well for connections at Linate Airport or highway travellers. There is easy free parking nearby.

Good value stop over. Very comfortable. Fortunately campus includes a very fair Chinese restaurant. A wee bit soul-less and the meals in the bistro did not appear to compensate for the unexpected lack of the restaurant!

The front was very kind and the room was clean, comfortable. The nature around the hotel was very good and Croissant was very delicious! The speed of wi-fi access is too slow. The restaurant opens at 07:00, somebody who want to go out before 7am couldnt have breakfast.

Il personale è estremamente scortese. In un hotel, in particolare un 4 stele, il cliente dovrebbe essere considerato un ospite gradito, sembra invece che in questo albergo sia un occasione fastidiosa per dover lavorare. Nonostante NH abbia un programma di fidelizzazione, sembra proprio che in questo albergo non abbiano recepito le direttive della corporate e non ci sia alcun interesse nella customer retention.

La struttura è ben organizzata,di ha libertà di movimento in un hotel dall'aria business. Bene la pulizia, il confort. Molto silenzioso,si riposa bene. Ottima la colazione. Le stanze sono nuove ma molto praticate,si nota dalla moquette macchiata e da alcuni box doccia usurati.

米兰少见的湖边高级住宅区，空气环境好，治安好，酒店早餐丰富，提前预定价格很好！旁边有性价比很高的中餐- 馆，出行方便，客户很满意，表示下次还会入住！ 没有地铁直通，不过酒店门口有公车直达地铁站还是比较方便的
