Hotel is situated in the very centre, close to the all shopping areas, as well to the duomo. Breakfast were one of the best i have ever had. Fresh and sweet fruit even in november!! Rooms are in basic modern style, but really comfortable with heater that worked as i wanted, so finally i had warm in ther room for the first time in the hotel in milano!!! one of the waitreses did not speak a lot english....but it was not such a big problem! |

The hotel itself, breakfast was great too. The room was nice. There was a time when there was only one person at the desk and it took me a long time to talk to the receptionist. The internet is too expensive. |

the staff was very friendly and helpful. the hotel had an excellent location and was in an up market area. the rooms were very comfortable and we had a nice view. |

The location Too small room for a huge price. Old fashioned. Breakfast is aweful. When I finished my shower, someone from the staff came in without knocking. They have no manners. |

Excellent location, modern hotel lobby, we stayed in a renovated room which was modern and comfortable. The service was disappointing. Staff at the front desk were not helpful and made check-in feel like a chore. They didn't provide any information about the hotel eg where and when breakfast was being served and that it was actually included in the room rate. When we tried to organise a taxi for our departure, we were told we could book an express service through the hotel only (at a premium of course) or we can wait for a taxi to pass by on the street. This is not the type of service you should expect from a 4 star. |

Everything I did not like!! Service was bad, staff even wrost!!! I booked in the new section and got an old room!!! It was the worst hotel ever and stay in my entire life. I wont do it again thats defntly!!! I would suggest to train their reception staff how to deal with customers especially with mad clients since I was really upset and pissedoff for not getting the room I booked for! She was very agressive. I work in bank and know how to deal with mad customers to satisfy them!!! It was my 1st time in milan and I hated the place because of this damn hotel. |

Room were very confortable, staff kind and polite and brealfast was outstanding. The car park was run by a separate company and it was very expensive. An hotel like this should have a better agreement for his guests. |

Superb location: very close to the Duomo and within easy walking distance of the Sforza palace.The staff are very helpful and friendly. I had a large dog with me which was no problem at all. The buffet breakfasts are good. The wifi internet arrangements, via a company called HiPort, were incredibly expensive (10€/hour) and very slow. This should be replaced with reliable wired broadband. |

location, too close to railway station and too far from city centre, hotel was not worth 4 stars due to condition of the room/hallway/ elevators etc. Restaurant is very expensive |

Cost of internet access (€ 10 per hour) is is extortionate. Normally I avoid hotels who overcharge like this, over the last month I have stayed in 2 other hotels in Milan that provided a better (and free) service. |

The staff at the reception, especially Alessandro, was very helpful and nice. The airline had lost my luggage - and Alessandro took the time to investigate and locate my luggage - Big Thanks! Everything else was very nice. |

The room was very nice, very clean. We stayed in the new room, so that definitely helped our experience. The elevator also always seemed to be waiting on our floor which was a nice touch! The business center internet was not working when I was there and the internet connection as a whole was quite slow. This can certainly be improved seeing that the hotel seems to gear its design towards business tourists. |

I booked this hotel as very convenient for central Milan, and it has a private car park.Breakfast reasonable. Our room rather noisy with traffic, but I had not specifically requested a quiet room. |
