The room was very nice, very clean. We stayed in the new room, so that definitely helped our experience. The elevator also always seemed to be waiting on our floor which was a nice touch! The business center internet was not working when I was there and the internet connection as a whole was quite slow. This can certainly be improved seeing that the hotel seems to gear its design towards business tourists. |

I booked this hotel as very convenient for central Milan, and it has a private car park.Breakfast reasonable. Our room rather noisy with traffic, but I had not specifically requested a quiet room. |

The hotel is very well located, close to the hot spots in Milan. The buffet breakfast is quite acceptable although during the four days we spent there the choice was the same, what is a bit disappointing. |

the hotels staff was very helpfull and politie, the brekfast was good and all the services The renovated rooms are very good .At the first day we was in an normal room but it was very noisie in the evening because of the central heating. We asked to chance and gave us a new renovated very quated room with no noise on the central heating. |

Location is fairly central. Probably the only reason for me to recommend this hotel. Reception staff was slow. I had to change rooms during my stay - just checking out and back in again, the process took half an hour, because they took a while serving one guest, and also because when they interrupted serving me to help another. Some reception staff were impolite. For my first night I paid 311E for a twin, which overlooked the back of house. |

The Jolly Hotel has a lovely modern welcoming reception. The tea/coffee new [never found it anywhere else] facility at the reception is an excellent idea for late comers and early risers. Great idea and a most wecome service. |

I loved the idea to be in the centre of the town. Great location for shopping.It's easy to leave the bags and go back for shopping again. It would be great to renovate the non-renovated rooms. |

Location. Even at a discount to the rack rate price the hotel was overpriced for the quality of the beds and cleanliness of the rooms. For its star rating the beds were hard, there were limited pillows and none of any quality and the bathroom constantly smelt like a sewer. Oh and yes you also had to pay for the internet! This shoul be included in the price at a very minimum. |

The location was excellent and the room cosy (in a good way). The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout, although one made a reservation for a restaurant which turned out to be closed! The breakfast was excellent. We were advised by staff that we should not drink the water from the bathroom, however, when we asked for a bottle of drinking water this cost us €6. If the water is not fit for drinking then drinking water should surely be supplied for free, or at least for a nominal amount. |

The hotel has recently undergone renovations and is therefore beautiful in the foyer and in the breakfast room. I was sad to see we ended up with a room(an older room- non renovated) that really didn't match in with the rest of the hotel! The room itself and when we checked out they charged out for things taken from the mini bar which we did not take. (we only realised later one when it was too late to go back) |
