Location, room design

noisy because no sound proof

I liked the room which is really spacious as well as the location which is very central and you can reach the city center in walking

There is a little bit of delay from the staff when you ask for a service

Overpriced, small portioned meals which weren,'t al lecart, air-conditioning wasn't working properly, kitchen staff was rude when a complaint was made, prices shown on booking of hotel weren't true to actual prices charged.

Nice, comfortable rooms and well equipped. Clean rooms and a good breakfast.

Awful internet connection. With the supplied login only super slow connection or connection via a very user unfriendly and frustrating television system. Not up to modern standard.

wifi didnt (or worked super poorly) work in our room. There are not so many good restaurants around, so you need to walk.

Great location

I've experienced better breakfast in other NH hotels, i.e in Munich, although the one provided in this hotel is still appropriate. Underground parking is managed by 3rd party and you have to leave keys from your car to strangers - although it worked fine for me this time

Excellent location for all major sight seeing in Milan. Staff in all areas were very accommodating and extremely pleasant. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Standard double room was very spacious with well equipped bathroom. Floor 4 to the front of the hotel has partial views of the cathedral - whilst having the window opened it was pleasantly noisy from the square below, the room was very peaceful with windows closed. Taxi to/from the airport is €15 which is easier than the bus or metro. Having a flexi-check out time is a huge bonus (€15 for a time after 12 noon).

No Air condition until the end of April while you cant open the window from the noise outside. Internet is very slow and no reception for mobile phones in the room.

Breakfast is amazing, many well-being and healthy options, wonderful bread and croissant, excellent choice of cereals, very kind waiters.

Reception staff is the rudest I met in Milano. They just don't care. When checking-in I asked to a receptionist where I could do my nails nearby and she replied "Oh, I don't know". That's it. She didn't even bother to ask around or look for information. Nobody smiles. Horrible experience!

The hotel was nice. The main advantage of it is that it’s very close to everything. 5 minutes walk to Dumo and less than 5 minutes walk to Cross Europe (the connection to the shopping streets) and 5 minutes to San babla metro station. The room was clean, housekeeping is good and price is reasonable. The overall description of the hotel is reasonable price and prime location.

From the reviews here they said that the breakfast is amazing … etc. its normal breakfast nothing amazing. The staff where friendly but the main disadvantage is that they have few staff (only one bellboy I had to carry my luggage down personally) and the concierge guys they don’t speak English!!! They refer you to the reception were they are very busy checking in customers.

The hotel is new and well furnished. Good value for money. Breakfast is also good.

Takes too long to check in/check out - not enough staff on reception. The facade works were in progress, so I could not open my window.

The rooms and Breakfast were excellent, there was a lot of variety which suit everybody.. Kitchen staff and the waitress were friendly.

The dinner area were a bit small.

I had to check 4 different rooms to get exactly what I asked for,and that happened after I insisted to get the same room that I booked on the site with the same dimenssion and bathroom.

Near to Duomo. They have smoking room with balcony.

Parking is expensive. Even asking french bed, they gave us twin..
