立地は良かった。朝食の種類はCity hotelの割には充実していた。特にパンの種類は多い。

半分くらいが未改装の部屋と思われる。未改装の部屋は壁が剥がれていたり、絨毯が汚かった。浴槽もせまい。

ホテルは一部だけ改装されており、宿泊したのは改装されていない部屋だった。どちらの部屋も同じ料金というのは疑問。禁煙の部屋を頼んだのに通されたのは喫煙ルーム。バスルームも古く水漏れしていた。朝食はかなり充実していた。

インターネット接続が高く、駐車場も３０ユーロとかなり高い。

新しく改装された部屋でした。水周りも気持ちよく快適。朝食も素晴らしかった。レストランのサービス方の笑顔も大変よかった。

The room was very nice, very clean. We stayed in the new room, so that definitely helped our experience. The elevator also always seemed to be waiting on our floor which was a nice touch!

The business center internet was not working when I was there and the internet connection as a whole was quite slow. This can certainly be improved seeing that the hotel seems to gear its design towards business tourists.

Yes, your staff in resturant. They are very road and agressive.

Renovated rooms are very nice, the position of the hotel is very good in the center of the city

The hotel is very well located, close to the hot spots in Milan. The buffet breakfast is quite acceptable although during the four days we spent there the choice was the same, what is a bit disappointing.

Location is fairly central. Probably the only reason for me to recommend this hotel.

Reception staff was slow. I had to change rooms during my stay - just checking out and back in again, the process took half an hour, because they took a while serving one guest, and also because when they interrupted serving me to help another. Some reception staff were impolite. For my first night I paid 311E for a twin, which overlooked the back of house.
