clear, pleasant and quite hotel even it´s situated near the rush avenue, kind and helpfull stuff, women on reception gained a good knowledge of foreign languages especially English, rich continental breakfast with a wide choice of different kind of food expensive and slow-working WiFi on rooms, free internet for 30 mins just in lobby, no opportunity to choose a full or half-board, expensive restaurant with mainly a special Italian food

The rooms are big enough for 2 people, clean and comfortable. Variety of choices for breakfast was good. The staff at the reception were very friendly. We chose to stay in Vicenza because it was close from many nice places like Venice and Verona and it was a good choice for a base. We would for sure come back to this hotel if we're back in Vicenza. No free Wi-Fi in the rooms.

Room was very nice. Very clean, and the staff was very helpful. Restaurant was closed except for breakfast (Italian holiday, bad timing on my part). No place to eat very close by. Not in the best part of town if you have to walk anywhere.

It was right at the heart of the city and staffs were generally alright even though most could not speak good English language. I found lots of misrepresentation regarding the hotel which could necessitate grounds for successful legal claims against the management of the hotel. Available facilities of the hotel should be correctly represented to prospective customers rather than misinforming customers with wrong inducements.

Il personale cordiale e attento alle esigente richieste. Camere confortevoli e dotate di ogni particolare. Colazione ricca e ottima di gran lunga superiore ad altri Hotel, anche della stessa categoria. In sostanza un parere decisamente positivo.

Sehr freundliche Betreuung und Hinweis auf die Annehmlichkeiten als nicht Busgruppe. Der Boden im Bad dürfte "längere" Zeit nicht gesäubert worden sein. Fernsehempfang mit deutscher Sprache nicht funktionsfähig.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Man ist schnell auf der Autobahn sowie auch sehr rasch im Zentrum. Das Frühstück war für Italienische Verhältnisse sehr großzügig. Lobend zu erwähnen ist auch, dass sogar einige glutenfreie Produkte zur Auswahl standen!! Die Zimmer könnten ein wenig größer sein.

Vor allem der preis - allerdings sind zeitgleich freunde im hotel gewesen, die das zimmer last minute um ein drittel günstiger hatten :-( . Besonders gut ist auch das frühstück, neben den sehr sauberen und gut gestylten zimmern. Störend ist der lärm vom hof, der zeitweise unerträglich laut ist und das schlafen bei offenem fenster nicht möglich macht.

La colazione è stata soddisfacente. Le camere sono discutibili se presentate come un hotel di una catena 4 stelle. I televisori (non piatti ma tradizionali) accentuano il carattere "vecchiotto" delle camere.
