The rooms are big enough for 2 people, clean and comfortable. Variety of choices for breakfast was good. The staff at the reception were very friendly. We chose to stay in Vicenza because it was close from many nice places like Venice and Verona and it was a good choice for a base. We would for sure come back to this hotel if we're back in Vicenza. No free Wi-Fi in the rooms.

Room was very nice. Very clean, and the staff was very helpful. Restaurant was closed except for breakfast (Italian holiday, bad timing on my part). No place to eat very close by. Not in the best part of town if you have to walk anywhere.

It was right at the heart of the city and staffs were generally alright even though most could not speak good English language. I found lots of misrepresentation regarding the hotel which could necessitate grounds for successful legal claims against the management of the hotel. Available facilities of the hotel should be correctly represented to prospective customers rather than misinforming customers with wrong inducements.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo per una notte per poi raggiungere un'altra città. L'hotel è posizionato vicino all'autostrada. Ottima la struttura. Le camere sono ben arredate e provviste di tutti I comfort. Ottima la pulizia. Abbondante la colazione. Consigliamo a tutti questa struttura!

Sembra un vecchio hotel ristrutturato ma non all'altezza di questa catena. La connessione wifi costa piu di 10€ per averla (il costo di un canone mensile internet per telefoni mobili). Io credo che albeghi di quattro stelle con questa reputazione sia indecoroso farla pagare e sopratutto questa tariffa.

All'ingresso il cartello segnala il parcheggio esaurito (in realtà non è così) così si è obbligati a scegliere quello a pagamento sotterraneo. Tempo di scaricare le valigie ci sono stati richiesti 3 €. Ci sono hotel a Vicenza che offrono servizi e confort uguali a prezzi inferiori.

La "location". Di facile di accesso e di parcheggio in auto è rapidamente raggiungibile dall'autostrada e dal centro di Vicenza.

Accoglienza e gentilezza del personale del ricevimento. E' un quattro stelle ma, per le lenzuola consumate con buchi e la moquette vecchia e non pulita, merita al massimo una stella. Inoltre, nel perido della Fiera di Vicenza, il costo è quasi raddoppiato rispetto alle tariffe normali.

L'hotel contrariamente ha quanto segnalato sul web non corrisponde gli stessi servizi descritti, in camera superior non esiste la pay tv, inoltre e' in posizione periferica e poco visibile da trovare, errato anche l'indirizzo per cui vi sono difficolta' a trovare l'hotel

Stanza e bagno molto spaziosi; ambiente silenzioso con personale accogliente e discreto. Ottima colazione, comodissimo il parcheggio! La connessione internet è gratuita solo nella hall, e il costo per averla in stanza sembra eccessivo. Posizione non molto centrale

Le camere sono spaziose e pulite, il personale è cortese e la prima colazione è molto abbondante. L'albergo è in una zona periferica della città, ma dispone di un parcheggio gratuito e con la macchina si raggiunge il centro in pochi minuti.

Colazione sufficientemente completa Camera da ristrutture, moqette pareti e bagno molto macchiati. Il tutto dava un'idea di sporco o trascurato. Aver prenotato una camera in offerta non deve significare aver prenotato una camera scadente.

Positivamente solo che è vicinissimo alla Fiera di Vicenza Uno in particolare, la colazione, se viene scritto colazione inclusa e l'orario uno che scende a fare colazione entro l'orario indicato si aspetta di trovare almeno il caffè e un cornetto invece niente! E se c'è è tutto freddo e bisogna chiamare il cameriere.
