The staff was very accomodating, the hotel was clean modern and spacious. The pool and fitness center (very nice), and the expansive breakfast buffet all enhanced our experience here. Compared to reports we heard regarding our friend's hotel experience in Rome (prior to our stay), our time at Villa Carpegna was was a much better experience for us than our friends had in other hotels in Rome. The internet service connection was very slow. The bar and restaurant were pricey and we didn't use either very much. |

The hotel is on the outskirts of the city, but the centre may be easily accessed via bus and metro. The breakfasts were wonderful with quality products and a wide range of choice. The staff were very helpful at all times, and we happily returned to this hotel once again after our first visit in October 2008. As avid tea-drinkers, we would have liked access to tea or coffee in the room, but accept that this these services are not usually availbale at most higher class establishments. |

Rooms fair and good standard though looking a little grubby, needs a deep clean, facilities/pool very good, restuarant food excellent but expensive due to weak pound. Breakfast very good, best mini sausages I have had in years. |

Staff at the reception did their best to be welcoming and helpful, despite the checkin-computer was down and the fire alarm was unexplicably running with a pretty bothering noise. This is not my first stay in this hotel and this time I booked a Superior Room. The room looked just "below-average" if compared to any 4* Hotel. Small room with stained carpets and walls, noisy air fan, pieces of decoration detaching from the bathroom ceiling, bed not that comfy etc... Breakfast was of a surprisingly modest quality and variety. |

I stayed at the hotel because it was close to Villa Aurelia where I went for a meeting and because the hotel was re commended to me by other attendees. I did enjoy your restaurant food and service. Nothing I did not like; however, I did not have time to learn much about the hotel. |

Good breakfast, excellent reception and personnel also at the restaurant. Size of rooms and relatively old furbiture. Moquette on pavement was also questionable. Gadgets on room were also very limited. The room had a light smell of smoke. They do not apply the room upgrades related to different fidelity programs (like airlines...). |

The hotel is perfect. Very friendly staff, good breakfast and very comfortable. It was the best price benefit relation of my hole Eurotour. The location is the only problem of this hotel. It was hard to reach only with the directions provided by the Hotel, and I suggest they give better directions cause its really hard to ask where it is when you do not speak italian. |

Frühstück war gut, Zimmer war sauber, supermarkt in der nähe die bitte nach einer pizzarier wurde mit einem ausgezeichnetem Tipp erfüllt, check in / check out Problem los, alles in allem war es ein sehr faireres Preis - leistungsverhaltnis und daher ist das Hotel auch ohne Probleme zu empfehlen es liegt zwar etwas weiter außerhalb der Stadt, ist aber sehr gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen und zu den sehenswürdigkeiten dauert es mit Bus und Bahn auch nicht lange |
