NH Villa Carpegna

Esta relativamente cerca del centro de la ciudad.

La habitación no estaba con la cuna lista cuando llegamos a las 14:00 y tuvimos que esperar, con lo que nos descompenso el programa de visitas que teniamos planeado. La calefación de la habitación funcionaba mal y hacía frio, además en la reserva pediamos una cama de matrimonio y la habitación que nos dieron tenía dos pequeñas.

Que es un hotel tranquilo, habitaciones amplias, el desayuno es bastante bueno y variado, el personal del comedor esta muy atento a todo.

Que esta muy mal comunicado con el centro. hay que coger metro y autobus. Tampoco me gusta la moqueta en las habitaciones, lo veo poco higienico. Tambien vendria bien una manita de pintura en las paredes del cuarto de baño. La mampara de la bañera que es muy pequeña y salta agua por todas partes.

dinner menu - too elite. need to have more common foods such as spaghetti with meat sauce or meat balls, lasagna, calzone, etc.

The hotel is on the outskirts of the city, but the centre may be easily accessed via bus and metro. The breakfasts were wonderful with quality products and a wide range of choice. The staff were very helpful at all times, and we happily returned to this hotel once again after our first visit in October 2008.

As avid tea-drinkers, we would have liked access to tea or coffee in the room, but accept that this these services are not usually availbale at most higher class establishments.

Staff at the reception did their best to be welcoming and helpful, despite the checkin-computer was down and the fire alarm was unexplicably running with a pretty bothering noise.

This is not my first stay in this hotel and this time I booked a Superior Room. The room looked just "below-average" if compared to any 4* Hotel. Small room with stained carpets and walls, noisy air fan, pieces of decoration detaching from the bathroom ceiling, bed not that comfy etc... Breakfast was of a surprisingly modest quality and variety.

Good breakfast, excellent reception and personnel also at the restaurant.

Size of rooms and relatively old furbiture. Moquette on pavement was also questionable. Gadgets on room were also very limited. The room had a light smell of smoke. They do not apply the room upgrades related to different fidelity programs (like airlines...).

The cleanliness of the whole hotel and the breakfast.

The room is a little bit small and the transportation to the center not so frequent.

The hotel was very nice and we enjoyed it.

It was difficult to find.
