Hôtel bien situé, quartier résidentiel, accès bus à 100m pour le centre de Rome. Personnel serviable et professionnel. Bellle chambre par sa taille et son équipement. Petit-déjeuner de grande qualité: diversité et produits frais. Parking intérieur ou souterrain facile. Une excellente adresse à Rome. Donne envie de revenir! |

the bed room was clean and good space, great breakfirst, well located, easy access to the bus and the staff is realy nice. A little bit to far to the underground if you have suit cases. |

La situation de l'hôtel : tranquille, proche en voiture des lieux touristiques. Piscine très agréable. Personnel efficace pour satisfaire nos demandes. Parking toujours disponible. Un des 2 ascenseurs souvent en panne; petits déjeuners limités après 9h. |

j'ai aimé la situation géographique près du centre ville ( à 15 minutes à pied du vatican) par exemple. J'ai aimé les petits déjeuner copieux et le design de l'hotel. La piscine était sympa. Je n'ai pas du tout aimé le service de l'hotel où l'on a l'impression qu'on les dérange quand on leur pose une question. Aucune amabilité. Le bruit la premiere nuit, on était situé côté rue (impossible de dormir), on nous a changé les autres jours. |

Le petit déjeuner est excellent, bon confort de la chambre La piscine était fermée alors que nous avons eu la confirmation de son ouverture par téléphone dès le 1er juin. |

Staff at the reception did their best to be welcoming and helpful, despite the checkin-computer was down and the fire alarm was unexplicably running with a pretty bothering noise. This is not my first stay in this hotel and this time I booked a Superior Room. The room looked just "below-average" if compared to any 4* Hotel. Small room with stained carpets and walls, noisy air fan, pieces of decoration detaching from the bathroom ceiling, bed not that comfy etc... Breakfast was of a surprisingly modest quality and variety. |

I stayed at the hotel because it was close to Villa Aurelia where I went for a meeting and because the hotel was re commended to me by other attendees. I did enjoy your restaurant food and service. Nothing I did not like; however, I did not have time to learn much about the hotel. |

Good breakfast, excellent reception and personnel also at the restaurant. Size of rooms and relatively old furbiture. Moquette on pavement was also questionable. Gadgets on room were also very limited. The room had a light smell of smoke. They do not apply the room upgrades related to different fidelity programs (like airlines...). |

The hotel is perfect. Very friendly staff, good breakfast and very comfortable. It was the best price benefit relation of my hole Eurotour. The location is the only problem of this hotel. It was hard to reach only with the directions provided by the Hotel, and I suggest they give better directions cause its really hard to ask where it is when you do not speak italian. |
