Everything Best quality breakfast we had among most hotels.
Nothing Can be better if More unification across the chain and a fitness GYM.
Lovely surprise to find my room had a private balcony overlooking the Borghese gardens
Excellent friendly and helpful staff Spotlessly clean bedroom and bathroom Very good breakfast range Coffee maker in room Free mineral water in room every day (essential in humid Rome)
Bar had no outside view or terrace A gym would have been good
Everything! 1. Excellent location, close to main points of interest. 2. Clean and modern inside. Bathroom is amazing with good quality amendities. 3. Staff is great, helpful and careful. 4. Wi-Fi worked well (that is very rare for Rome). We were offered the upgrade for 30 Euro per night for Junior Suite with fantastic view to park Borghese.
Nothing to dislike. Everything is great!
Great breakfast, spacious rooms, and fast wifi!
Reception staff were not helpful. I needed ice for my injured foot and they said I would have to go to the bar to get it. Went to the bar no one was there, we told the front desk and the guy said he can have it sent to our room but for 5euros. Ridiculous price, just for a bag of ice.
This is a really good hotel. I stayed for more week and I enjoyed what they have to offer.
Nothing, maybe just a better internet speed.
It's really a good hotel. Everything is great and especially the location. Staff is good and I would come back this hotel again.
I wish for some kind of a fitness center and also internet is slow. Also I wish they could have English speaking channels other then CNN. You get annoyed quickly by that if you are staying more then a week.
I like this hotel like My home
All was good
Loved the location and the standard of the hotel
Breakfast was exceptional. Reception staff was very helpful and friendly.
Air condition was not working properly. It was very worm even though the air conditioning was on, at late night the room get cold. one day did not add bathroom hand cream and did not replace towels, maybe becuase it was Sunday.
clean place with decent facilities. walking distance to many attractions while a modern building. Price quality balance in good shape. No surprise in any part, neither good or bad.
elevators had the musical sign when they come to floor, when your room is opposite to elevator, you hear many times the sign. this should be closed and only sign by light should be used. this is common practice in many hotels.
Location next to via venetto and next to a taxi rank - clean room - comfortable bed - good wifi - near metro station and a 10 min walk from Spanish steps - helpfull staf - they have free newspaper at the door everyday
Bread and croissants weren't fresh
A very nice hotel, clean, comfort, friendly staff, near to spanish steps and to the bus station, I highly recommend
Hotel is a modern new style not the old typical Rome hotel a good change of pace. Dining and dinner service was excellent.
location, cleanliness, comfort
Air conditioner. Room too cold
In terms of location: you can reach a metro (Barberini or Spagna) within 15 min walking distance, 3 min walking distance far from the end of Via Veneto, next a beatiful park In terms of staff: pleasant but except the people at the reception they speak hardly any english In terms of breakfast: there are plenty of alternatives (scrambled eggs, various types of croissant, jams, juices, cheese, cold cuts, yogurt) but could be more and the things available good be of better quality especially espresso, scrambled eggs, cheese and cold cuts
The Location is a disadvantage in case you want a hotel next to the sites or closer to the metro. Some things in our room required renovation/ maintenace but not high importance (eg. wall paints)
Nice staff Nice rooms
Clean. Staff at the reception was helpful but without any welcoming face.
Internet. Not enough staff to help.
Conveniently located within Roma.
A very noisy group of several hundreds of Italian ladies present at the hotel for a conference during the whole week end !
I liked the hotel in general- design, I liked the size of my room (a single room, but enough space), hotel was very clean, cleaning ladies very nice and friendly(which is not always the case in other hotels). And really good breakfast!
I think that hotel staff , especially front desk and restaurant staff could be much friendlier for a hotel of such a standard. A smile, nice welcome to the hotel and saying something like- thank you for your stay, have a nice stay in Rome, or something like this wouldn't hurt. The front desk reception people were cold and indifferent. With one exception of lovely lady Cristina. She was very friendly, helpful and had a wonderful personal approach to each customer. You feel that she really cares and tries her best to help you with your needs. Hope that her colleagues can learn from her.
The location to nearby restaurants and tourist attractions
That the staff did not respect the do not disturb sign my wife and i put on the door.
