Very well-located, clean & well-kept. Overall, decent value for money. The staff were not informative and did not seem to have basic info (regarding nearby bus/metro options). |

The hotel accomodations were wonderful.Breakfast was delicious and the room was very clean. The staff was so-so. There were times I felt as though I was an inconvenience to them. |

Great location at the Via Venetto and Borghese park, Clean Hotel, fair breakfast, Staff little rude and helpful if in their interests, we took the outlet store trip one day, and regretted it. No real deals, Staff could have advised us of that. Breakfast a little rushed, Laminated wood floors were not comfy on feet after lots of walking. Uncomfortable Shower. Wi-Fi was always unreliable and 5 euros per 30 minutes, not fair if you need to work a bit. Oh and Lousy entrance, no bell hop when you arrive and kind of confusing to get in, flight of stairs down to elavator which takes you to reception, if you are with family as we were, after long flight wasn't what was welcome. |

It was a nice hotel with nice surroundings. The room had design decoration, it was pretty and clean. Breakfast with scrumbled eggs and bacon as your only option for something hot, no vegetables at all and extra charge for them was too much for 180 euros per night! It was not very close to the historical center and since the metro is almost non existant we had to walk a lot or take a taxi. Without asking they put us in a smoking room. |

View of the Villa Borghese Park was amazing. King Size bed was very comfortable & its location quite convenient The service was quite poor for the amount of money spent for a deluxe room; especially the cleaning was not adequate to the rooms rate. |

I liked the view out my window There was no Iron. When I asked for one, they didn't provide me with one. The internet was a ripoff. They asked for 20 euros an hour. |

Rooms were comfortable and the location was excellent. Staff was helpful and airport transportation was easily arranged. As of now, there is an overcharge of more than $800 which we are trying to get corrected. My answer to the next question depends on whether this gets corrected. |

Es un hotel fantástico, de una gran calidad en todos los sentidos, el desayuno es de auténtico lujo, nos ha encantado. Muy recomendable pagar un poco más y alojarse en un hotel como éste, que en Roma los hoteles suelen ser malísimos. Situado además al final de la Via Venetto en una zona muy céntrica pero a su vez tranquila. Absolutamente nada. |

Efficacité et sollicitude du personnel,très bon petit déjeuner,réapprovisionnement constant,chambre très bien. Chambres côté route bruillantes,le double vitrage est inadapté au nivau sonore. |

c'est le type même de l'hotel d'affaires: on y passe une nuit et on l'oublie.Ceci ne met absolument pas en cause l'accueil et le personnel ! La localisation: l'hôtel est situé entre deux voies dont une voie rapide. En dépit d'un double vitrage la rue est présente en permamnence dans la chambre... C'est la raison pour laquelle j'ai fait un classement 'moyen' sur le confort. A cela s'ajoute une carte de restaurant peu attractive! |

Très belle chambre au 5° donnant, au delà d'une petite rue tranquille sur les magnifiques pins du parc Borghèse . Paolo à la réception faisant tout:: tel aux restos , chemin sur la carte pour l'aéroport .....le prix promotionnel pour cette chambre "supérieure",d'autres paraissent moins bien Hôtel tout neuf ,tout beau, mais hélas le responsable de l'insonorisation s'est complètement planté : les pas de la voisine au dessus qui faisait ses valises à 4 h du mat,les tel dans le couloir,l'aspirateur de la femme de ménage ds les chambres à 8h un dimanche,la salle de petit déjeuner hyperbruyante (buffet superbe) Le garage à 39€la nuit et surtout 9€ minimum alors que la rue derrière est pleine de places de stationnement à 1€ l'heure le jour en semaine et les garages voisins à 22€ la journée ... |
