Everything was great, even its location had its advantages.

Kinda poor breakfast choice, but still ok.

At first glance the hotel looked tired and run down. But upon seeing the room it was a very good value. Also, the proximity of the rail (or bus) line was good. And the route took about 20 minutes (on the tram) to get to Rome center.

Hotel staff was really friendly and helpfull. Room was clean and cleaner came every day. Room was big enough and bed was great. Make up table and big mirror!

Location is a bit far as it took by tram or bus 35-40 min to reach Termini train station. Breakfast was nice if u like to eat chocolate croissants and sweet marmelade at mornings. No fruits or vegetables or berries. Hairdryer was broken and worked with slow power in general.

Hotel room from the road side are noisy. Far from the center of the city, no metro station near the hotel. Pure breakfast, disgusting coffee.

Triple occupancy room was a good size and clean.

Most importantly, the location is terrible! Hotel is located in a run down simply scary neighborhood. The front desk person advised us to walk to the bus stop #105, which woud take us to the Termini station to take the metro to go to the city. It is about 2 blocks on the road with houses on one side and strange businesses behind a concrete wall on the other and cars are parked on the sidewalk. It is not a good location for somebody who arrives in a car because it is dangerous to drive in Rome! Cars pass on the left and right and motocycles cut in front forcing you to almost stop the car. We arrived in a car, drove to Termini station (took us 45 minutes VS 18 adviced by GPS), it took forever to find a parking (5 euros an hour) and we had to walk 3 blocks in a dirty street with strange people to get to the station. To buy metro tickets was a pain as machines would not take bills and one time it took us 5 machines before we could buy tickets. Getting onto a metro car could be tricky as well as people would not respect lines. Size of the room was good but the shower was tiny-tiny. I am slim 5"7' and could not bend over to wash my feet without opening a shower door with my forehead. (sorry but true!) Breakfast was terrible. It was the worst coffee I ever had! Very small quantities at a low quality. Milk was in a bowl with no lid. To conclude, if you are on a tight budget, it might work but don't wear anything flashy and prepare to be worried as you are walking to and from the bus stop. Next time, I will find something closer to the city not to waste a minute in Rome.

Very bad located.

Very bad located, very far from the historical city. I was very disappointed. The receptionist was rude and didn't give us a large bed for a couple as I ordered before as a special request.

Get into the bathcabin was heavy and it was very skimpy.

It is not near the Town centre as advertised. To travel to the town centre from tram or bus it takes around 45 mins.

Great value for money for the services offered. Big clean rooms, A/C, decent sized bathroom, nice breakfast etc

Disadvantage is that it is a bit far from Rome if you are travelling by public transport i.e. tram/bus and the route is quiet busy in peak periods.

a really bad hotel guys, I could recommend it only to my "best enemy". If you want to screw up you trip to Rome (which is difficult in this wonderful city) - the only thing to help you is this hotel!

We didn't like anything there to be honest. Quite dirty rooms, unfriendly service, terrible food, scary personal... Never again!

It is a very convenient hotel for Rome if you have a car with you. There is underground parking and it's very cheap for a 40 minute bus ride to the centre of Rome. The staff were helpful with explaining where there were local restaurants and the best way to go to the city. If you like cake for breakfast, then this hotel will please you.

We found it difficult to select food we like for breakfast (but that was our problem as we enjoy muesli and fruit). The hotel is very utilitarian. Fine for somewhere to sleep if going to Rome.

Good breakfast.

Very bad location. It takes about 15-20 minute walk to the nearest tram stop and another 30 minute by tram to the nearest tram intersection. No supermarket or store nearby.

Room was great (plenty of space, air conditioned, mini-fridge), however the wi-fi didn't really work. It was there, but it we could only connect once during our stay, for a few minutes. The wi-fi did work in the reception area. There was also a computer you could use to check your email. OK breakfast -- though not a lot of variety. Clean rooms, friendly staff.

Location, location, location. The hotel is about 8-9 km from the centre, which would be fine, but the bus trip (bus 105 from Termini station) can take between 30-45 minutes. Also, at night (e.g. 10 pm) it can get a bit crowded. There's a tram leaving about 500m from Termini as well, not sure how that runs. Overall, if you're not in a hurry and can spare the 20-30 mins. in the morning and evening, this hotel is great value for money.

The hotel is located in an industrial area, quite far from the city center, however, the advantage is its proximity to the Ciampino airport. The hotel staff (especially the woman receptionist) is very kind, the room was clean, air conditioning working well but sometimes I had problems with the access to the internet. Quite limited range of products served for breakfast. To my mind the hotel is average.
