The hotel is clean, of international standard, the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are modern very poor breakfast, hotel is located in a very unattractive area, small bathroom |

It was good value!! Clean, close to airport, really very nice. Seedy part of town, but most of area around airport is like that. |

They told me they are charging 10 euro per car per night, and they charged 15 euro explaining that the car is big.... It took one parking space like other cars. |

The room was a generous size and had good air conditioning. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The website stated that there was a shuttle between hotel and airport (this was the reason we picked it) this turned out to be completely untrue. Breakfast was not offered to us as we had to leave early to catch our flight. Staff said we would be offered cofee instead which never materialised. Hotel was in a horrid area with no faccilities around. We were told we would have a balcony which was also untrue. Single beds were attached to each other which would have been innapropriate had I not been travelling with a close friend. Staff were friendly but unhelpful and hard to get hold of although we did check in quite late in the evening, it took half an hour of looking to find someone to pay for our stay. |

The hotel is really nice. Room was clean and spacious. A/C worked well. We stayed there just because its proximity to the airport (2.5 km per air and 4 km on the road). At the reception there is a offer of airport shuttle for 20 EUR. Desk clerk explained us that it is normal price. I couldn't believe him, cause I took a cab from the downtown for 9 EUR only. I asked him to call me a taxi with number I got from taxi driver. He refused but promised to call for us his "ordinary taxi". The cab from hotel cheated us, he didn't go by shortest way (I had my GPS). Anyway it was 12 EUR on the taximeter. But the driver asked for 15. Well, we saved 5 EUR. But we could save 10 or more if we call a cab by ourselves. Sounds strange but don't believe the desk clerk and his taxi drivers. |

Staff were very helpful at all times and room was large and comfortable Unfortunately, although the hotel was lovely, the area that it is in is awful and I would only recommmend for brief stopovers - very close to airport which is why we stopped there. |

The hotel was clean and comfortable A shuttle service to the airport was falsely advertised. There is no such service. We paid €30 for a taxi to the hotel from the airport and €20 back. I consider this to be a major drawback for this hotel which is located in a terrible part of the city |

Room clean and well decorated. Breakfast good with reasonable choice of food. Free internet worked well. Not very welcoming - hotel did not like us parking while we unloaded prior to returning hire car. The restaurant is closed, which in a very doubtful neighbourhood with no alternatives is not satisfactory. |

Handy for the airport The hotel is well signposted from the airport, but you need to know to look out for the signs. If you try and follow a map it is quite hard to find. |

The staff were very helpful. We arrived late and they couldn't do enough including sorting out pizzas for a tired family who had been travelling all day. Location in a dodgy part of Naples but perfect if you need to be near the airport |

the inside of the hotel was such a contrast to the neighborhood it was not convenient to any restaurants, transport, and the neighborhood was scary and you had to walk a long distance to get to a bus/train depot. the hotel did NOT provide airport transportation as the website said. that is the main reason we reserved this hotel |

The staff is friendly and accommodating and the rooms are large and comfortable and super clean. The hotel is fairly close to the airport which is why most people stay there, but one would be exaggerating to say that it is in a neighborhood, it feels more like a no-man's land. There is nothing to do and possibly dangerous to walk around even in the daytime. A taxi to the airport or into interesting parts of the city will cost around 20 euro. |

Good staff, modern very clean hotel. Price for those items good, but see below Was in a terrible neighbourhood. Hard to find and very difficult to drive to the airport from there. Your web said there was an airport shuttle, but there was not. It also said free parking, but that was on the street. Protected cost 10 euros |

The rooms and furnishing are modern standard as you expect it. The hotel is clean and well kept. Some of the receptionists are not very service oriented. We wanted to got up the Vesuvio-Volcano. The receptionist gave us wrong information and seemed helpless to get adecuate info on if and until when buses got up there. We lost our only afternoon we had in Naples by only traveling to and back from Eracolano to learn that there are no buses to the volcano. |

Very Nice, Clean rooms. The Hotel Shuttle is not free. All they do is call you a taxi and thats the "shuttle". |
