The staff were so helpful and friendly from beginning to end. Location location location! It is the perfect location to stay in Rome. It is simple, clean, neat and great service!! Felt so comfortable here even when I had two nights on my own. Could not have asked for any better service. I would definately stay here again! And recommend it to friends. |

The location was excellent, but two of the male reception staff members acted as if I, the guest, were an inconvenience when I enquired about local things, when all they realy wanted to do was play computer chess or attend to other activities around the reception area |

this hotel is located in the center of the city so we could reach any destination on foot and the room was spaceous our room was located next to the street and it was a little bit difficult for me to sleep during the night due to the traffic noise.furthermore, the breakfast was very poor, not fresh and you had to ask the staff for have an espresso or something else to drink apart from milk, tea and french coffee |

The hotel is conveniently situated near the Metro. That is really its only advantage. Breakfast is decent. And there is an elevator and internet access. This had to be one of the most uncomfortable beds. The room was dingy and dungeony. There is no air conditioning and the room can be very noisy with the street below, thin walls, and ambient buzzing. It was difficult and unpleasant to sleep. Besides the proximity of the Metro and the Trevvi Fountain, there is no reason to stay in this area of Rome. |

Great location - walk to almost all Rome sites. Polite helpful staff. Easy to find from Metro. Room basic but adequate. Street noise - improved sound proofing would be welcome especially during road repairs, Breakfast very basic |

Situated very near the historical center of Rome in a quiet street. Friendly and helpsom staff. Cleaning of the room and the supply of towels could be a little better. A rather modest breakfast. |

The size of a room – the smallest room I ever had , noisy No hot water in the shower (although I asked it hasn't been fix) Poor breakfast, old bread, no fresh vegetables, awful coffee In general -when I was younger I used to stay in youth hostels, this hotel is worse than many youth hostels I know , I really do not understand how it got 3 stars??? |
