Hotel JuliaVia Rasella 29, Trevi, 00187 Rome (Show map) Good, Score from 532 reviews“I loved the location of the hotel. It is in a walking distance to the trevi, spanish steps, barberini metro station, via del corso and many others. The rooms are a bit small but very clean and quiet. The open buffet breakfast is delicious. And the reception staff is very friendly and hospitable and english speaking. I would definately recommend this hotel and would definately stay here in my next trip to rome.”

Very well-located small hotel with about 5 minutes walk to Trevi Fountain. The front desk staff was polite, extremely pleasant and tried their very best to be helpful. This hotel is much much better that hotel Fellini just down the street where we stayed 2 years ago.

The staff was very helpful and since I never really spend much time in my room, it was a perfect location for a good price and a nice room as a bonus..

Excellent location. Hotel is on a small and silent street but it is very close to supermarket, shopping, city tour bus, historical monuments and museums. Clean room and bathroom. Good breakfast. Good air conditioning. Free safe in the room. Free luggage locker at the reception. Receptionist lady is very kind and helpful. Small shower, small TV, Italian TV channels only.

We liked the location of the hotel, which was in the center and very close to many sightseings, near metro-station, near supermarket, near touristic- information. The room and the bathroom were clean, breakfast had italian products, especially 3 types of cheese, we liked it. It is a very good choice for anyone who wants to spend some money staying in the center of a beautiful town!

Very well-located small hotel with polite and professional staff. The online photo of the room accurately showed the room that I stayed in. A fan was provided in the room, which helped, but I still found it hard to fall asleep during warm humid Roman nights. If not for this, I would have rated comfort as "excellent", as the bed was firm and comfortable, and the room quiet enough.

The hotel staff were very helpful and this hotel was good value for money in a good location My room wasn't air conditioned but the fan was ok. The single room was small but adequate. The shower was down the corridor, which was fine.

Very nice location, 10 min to Trevi's Fountain, 20 to spanish steps. Close to the underground station. So-so breakfast, but it seemed to be a problem of every italian hotel we've stayed in. No parking here, but it's allowed to park in front of a hotel, you should only be patient to find a place, i've spent 30 minutes to find a place in sunday. Nice place to stay, but don't expect anything special here.

The hotel locates near the center of all the places. By walk, Trevi fountain (5 min walk), Spanish steps (3 min walk), Plazza Navona( 15 min walk). By bus/Metro, Colossom (20 min), Trastevere (30min) , Borghese gallary (15 min). The staff are patient and always tell me the best way to go; you just need to ask. Breakfast lacks variety but it is more than a continental breakfast.

Location is great - very close to Berberini Metro and short walk from Trevi and spanish steps. Plenty of restaurants around. Staff was helpful. Coffee machine in the reception. Room was not really a triple but 2 + 1 connected, with the small room having no air-condition so it takes time to cool. But the staff was kind to give us a fan and leave the A/C working during the day so room would be cool when we get back. Alternative was a small double + extra bed. No parking around. Shower is tiny, like most Roma hotels.

I loved the staff at the front desk! especially the woman (so sorry I did not get her name - pretty with dark hair) who helped solve several problems very quickly and generously. Her goal was to make me comfortable and happy. Gave great advice for getting around. This is a fabulous location! Nice breakfast in the morning, free Wifi. This was my second stay and I hope to return. Thanks so much! I am not complaining but room 301 is very dark and cave-like with a very very hard bed! I was switched to 402 which was perfect!

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. They were giving us many suggestions, advices where to go shopping, what to visit, where to buy wine etc.And the receptions works 24/24 that is very helpful. The hotel was very clean and they were cleaning and changing towels every day. The locations of the hotel was perfect- 3 min from Trevi- the reasons why we chose this hotel. We could walk everywhere from there and if we wanted to go somewhere by metro, the metro is 3 min from Hotel as well. Perfect location. Not far from shopping street either- Via Nazionale and Via del Corso. Grocery shop is 2 min from the Hotel. It is very near buy everything but at nights it is very calm and silent, even on Saturday evening. Thought we travelled at the end of January. We paid 70 euros per night for 2 persons- we were satified very much with our hotel but wouldn't pay more. The breakfast was ok- 2 types of bread, 2 types cheese, jam, honey, 3 types ham, apples, peaches, sweet brioches, milk, corn-flakes, coffee, tea, biscuits. As most of the hotels are in old building of Rome if you close all the windows for the whole day, they have a specific smell. But when you open the windows- in 2 min it is out. But I heard almost all hotels in Rome has this thing.

This hotel was lovely. The rooms were spacious and clean with good heating. The breakfast was far better than I have experienced in other Italian hotels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the Barberini metro stop and from the Trevi Fountain. At the bottom of the road there is also a small supermarket.

The location is perfect and safe! Hotel Julia is located in a quite street, close to Fontana di Trevi (3-5 minutes by walk) and Fontana del Trittone (2-3 minutes) in Piazza di Barberini. From the exit of hotel you can see Palazzo di Barberini with the gallery of old arts, E.G. of Caravaggio. Public transport is easily available, including Metro. However, visiting numerous historical places such as Colosseo and Piazza Venezia, Piazza di Spagnia, Piazza del Popolo, Villa di Borgese, etc. is pleasant by walking. There are many streets along via del Corso for shopping middle of which could be achieved by foot from the hotel Julia in 10 minutes. Breakfast is excellent! You have a good choice of Italian breakfast in wide-space restaurant of the hotel. In addition, there was a bathroom in my room, namely, fortunately it was not shared as was mentioned in the cite of booking.com. And finely, the hotel staff is very polite and responsible in service. I recommend undoubtedly to stop in the hotel Julia for a trip. There was a bad internet connection by wi-fi at least in my cellular. It was visible that my room should be redecorated already. In particular TVset should be fixed in a half of or one meter farther from the bed to comfort watching. Nevertheless, these didn't troubled me and I spent unforgettable vacation in Rome. I was really glad to stay at the hotel Julia!

The internet was good... When I arrived they didn't have my reservation but eventually they gave me a room.. So eventually I had a good stay..

The staff was very friendly and patient and spoke English when my Italian failed. The morning breakfast had plenty of choices so you didn't walk away hungry. Its location is very near the Triton Fountain which means you could pick up one of the hop on/off tour buses very easily. Elevator available so climbing all those stairs after walking around the city was very nice. You get what you pay for especially with the single occupancy. Miniscule in size to where I felt like anchovies in a can and Spartan in furnishings. Sharing a public shower for this unit in a hotel not exactly what I expected. I could get same experience from a hostel for half the cost. Again is great for the right crowd but not intended for extended stays.

The location is the best - everything is near, but not noisy street, friendly helpful staff, excellent breakfast. great value for money!
