We like the location. The hotel is just 5min from Fontana di Trevi, 10min from Piazza de Spagna. There are a lot things to do and to see around. We think that a mini bar or just a mini-fridge would be necessary |

Excellent location, simple but tasty breakfast, friendly staff. Bathroom requires reconstruction - not equal to 3 stars. |

The staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. The breakfast was good. The location of the hotel was great. The rooms. We asked to be moved to another room as the room was postage stamp size. We booked a double superior in the Domus Julia and the room was not available when we arrived. We moved room after the first night, but had to pay an extra 30 Euro per night to move. The rooms are very tired and not what we expected after looking at the hotel web site before we booked. I know the hotel is in the old part of Rome, but the rooms urgently need to upgraded. |

Bedroom was compact as we'd expected, location was excellent within walking distance to many attractions and a lovely breakfast with excellent coffee. Thier website and Ryanairs stated that there was a hotel shuttle bus, we did manage to get one on arrival, but we were told that we couldn't get one when we departed on the Sunday. |

Location was great - staff were helpful and provided great advice. They were supportive when our family visited Breakfast staff were slow and other people had to wait for tables to be cleared but seemed better 2nd day - maybe some complaints got a change? |

The location Lots of street noise. Maid service basically made the bed and only cleaned the bathroom once during our 3 night stay. Also, one morning at breakfast, my husband selected a croissant that had a used butter packet and a hair stuck to the bottom (obviously, someone had decided not to eat it and it was returned to the tray). |

Great location in Trevi within walking distance of many key tourist attractions. Good buffet breakfast. Friendly helpful staff with good English. Bathroom facilities getting a bit tired, but reasonable for the price |

The hotel was very close to the Trevi Fountain The rooms were not the same standard as those advertised on the website - superior rooms are definitely not of a superior standard! Also, our room was tiny, the air conditioning was noisy, and the bathroom needed renovating. Not what we were expecting for what we were paying. |

Location close to a Metro station There was a very bad smell in the room (small single room - could only get rid of it by leaving the window open all the time which was possible since I was there in summertime - old furniture - no light in the common shower and poor drainage of the shower |

The only positive thing is that it is central, all Rome monuments at walking distance. The guy at reception with glasses is very helpful I stayed in a single room,it was terrible,no air condition in single rooms, very very small room as if you are in a prison, very noisy: noise of the strret+the church bell every 15 min+the sound of the aircondition of the neighbours. If you go there be sure you wont sleep. The price is very high for such hotel. |

Hotel Julia is situated in a fantastic location it is about a 15 minute walk from the station but in a nicer area and really is only 5 minutes from the spanish steps. The staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable. THe breakfast wasn't hugely varied but was very tasty. |

I felt that the service was pretty good, and the location is excellent. You can walk very easily to the Trevi fountain and the Pantheon. There was a great little grocery store at the bottom of the hill towards the Trevi fountain, it was close to the subway, and there was a good restaurant at the top of the hill. The breakfast buffet was ok, very convenient, and decent, but not fabulous food. I thought the price was reasonable, but not great. Some of the rooms have air conditioning, and some do not. The single rooms do not have air conditioning. I was there in July, and this made it very hot! If you were there at a different time of year it might not matter so much. |
