Good and friendly staff. Nice indoor and outdoor pools. Beautiful area around the outdoor pool. Breakfast is ok even though it could be much better considering a 4 star hotel. No air con! No free wifi in the rooms. The decor of the rooms is old. They shut down everything around 23 pm and after that there is no one at the reception during the night.

E' realmente difficile trovarlo anche perchè non ci sono indicazioni stradali. E' situato in una zona residenziale e ci si accedete solo tramite stradine molto strette. Visto il problema, dovrebbero mettere sul sito una piantina molto più chiara e dettagliata di quella che c'è ora.

Une hotellerie de qualité. Une chambre confortable. Un environnement très paisible. Bonne piscine. Accès assez difficile, la carte de booking.com n'étant pas assez détaillée. Heureusement, les habitants de Merano sont très aimables et n'hésitent pas à prendre leur voiture pour vous guider jusqu'à l'hotel!

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter wirkt natürlich, auf Wünsche und Probleme wird sofort eingegangen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, ruhig, aber so nahe am Zentrum dass man es zu Fuß leicht erreichen kann. Ein guter Ort um zu entspannen und sich wohl zu fühlen.

La fiducia che hanno nei clienti. Nn avere a disposizione l'estetiste la domenica x I massaggi per chi fa solo il week end. Non aver la possibilita di portare il cane al ristorante.

sehr schönes gediegenes Hotel zum wohlfühlen. Zimmer sehr sauber geräumig und passend eingerichtet. Auch das Bett war super ( keine Rückenschmerzen ). Die Begrüßung war schon gleich familiär und der Service war durch und durch sehr freundlich aber nicht aufdringlich. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt und wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Sehr ruhige Lage, relativ nahe beim Zentrum und schöne Zimmer mit Aussicht (nur im 3. Stock) Der zweite Frühstücksraum ist sehr konservativ. Als nur Frühstücksgast fühlte man sich nicht willkommen.

Beligenhet i rolig område men alikevel nære Merano sentrum. Litt "stusslig" rom, men nydelig basseng i hagen, flott SPA i kjelleren, veldig bra i forhold til pris. Helt OK frokost og hyggelig betjening. Ville valgt ett annet hotell for "ukesferie" utenfor byen og litt mer landlig, men supert for en natt eller to

L'hotel è a pochi passi dal centro.Anche se al primo impatto sembra lontano, in realtà si scende in paese in un attimo.Belle le piscine e spa. La camera, comoda e dotata di ogni confort, aveva un mobilio un po' datato.Staff gentile e disponibile. Colazione varia e abbondante.La posizione è molto tranquilla e per niente rumorosa.

Das Abendessen war stets ideenreich, frisch zubereitet, auch reichlich und insgesamt sehr gut. Ein Kompliment für den Chefkoch. Den Wellnessbereich haben wir gern genutzt. Die Zimmer sind klein und entsprechen M.E. nicht der genannten Kategorie.

tutto è una struttura veramente bella. quello che non mi è piaciuto , la camera 114 a me assegnata essendo sopra la cucina, si potevano sentire tutti gli odori da loro fatti, quando cucinavano non era per niente gradevole.

Man wird sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Man kommt sich richtig familiär vor. Da das Haus etwas von der Strasse zurückversetzt ist, ist es sehr ruhig. Ohne Verkehrslärm. Sehr gutes Frühstück.
