not very much apart from the pool It was very far from the main town with an irregular bus route. The food was only fair but very expensive. there were ants everywhere. it took ages to be served in the restaurant. we were charged €12 for two flutes of proseco advertised at €5 each (€3 a bottle at home). there was a 2 foot beam across the ceiling of our hotel room reducing head space to the bathroom to 5'4". My husband and I are both 5'7" and hit our heads many times in the dark. the air conditioning did not work. |

I think it has an excelllant location. The facilities (and location) are preferable to other local venues, particularly if you are staying in Cefalu for more than a couple days. I think you would filled 'hemmed' in if you were in the center of Cefalu for any longer than that. The breakfast was a bit weak and the breakfast dining room untidy compared to other comparable places we have stayed. It wasn't in keeping with the other attributes of the hotel. |

We booked an annex but on arrival were told that this was not available due to over-bookings and maintenance works. We were provided with a comfortable upgrade room at the same price, but choose the annex specifically so we were a little dissapointed not to be able to have this. |

The view from the hotel were lovely and the pool was great I think the hotel was very dated although the location was lovely it needs a revamp.I went with the intention of booking my wedding there next year as the photos online looked beautiful. When I got there I was dissapointed. The staff had no interest in the fact that i wanted to do research on the hotel for my wedding and we were left for 20mins waiting to talk to the chef about menus. |

Position, close beach, excellent selfservice breakfast (which in many cases is a weak point of Italian hotels), well furbished rooms, which a touch of art ceramics & glass table. Flat roof below our room balcony (1st.Floor) prevents people from seeing the beach. Offering sleep only intead of B&B isn't a good idea. |

The beach Hotel looks like it hasn't had any attention for years. My room was unclean, blood stains on sheets and dripping air-con that didn't really work. Staff were unhelpful especially the breakfast staff. The 10 Euro per person additional cost for a stale croissant and bad coffee was excessive. The owners of this hotel really need to consider some basics as the position is good. |

The food and staff in the restaurant were excellent. The trek to the beach was not good. Not enough bar staff. The rooms are fairly basic and the air conditioning poor. If you don't get down to breakfast before 09:00 they run out of eggs etc. |

It's a very good hotel in a great location. The views from the room and the beach in particular are beautiful. The breakfast is overpriced for what it is but the room can be booked without. |

Peaceful location My wife had a very close accident. On arrival we had lunch on the terrace. Part of it was screened off for maintenance. After we had been there half an hour a gust of wind blew the large heavy framed screen over towards my wife. It missed her head by cms and came to rest on the back of her seat. The weight of the frame was such that had it hit her head it would have killed her instantly. |
