Good breakfast. Cold room without any option how to heat there. Heating via air conditioning was not worked. We had ants in the room; in april on the 3rd floor !! Very bad sound insulation - our dogs were nervous !!

Excellent location, next to beach on the other side within some 400meters, shopping street on the other side within about 200meters. Breakfast quite good for a breakfast in an Italian restaurant ;) Reception staff very friendly, check-in and out was fast and good. Room quite small and not properly cleaned, sand and dirt on the floor when I arrived.

Close to the beach, close to restaurants and shops, good breakfast (buffett), nice bathroom (far above average italian standard), parking place, pool, Austrian and German Television programs :) Internet was too slow (too low bandwidth for so many guests), air condition only worked well after getting it fixed from a service technician in the room (we appreciated instant help). In the morning we woke up by the noise of closing other room doors in the same corridor (actually every day).

Pulizia delle camere Inadeguatezza servizi, no stiro, reception pessima aperta solo in certi orari. Camere molto piccole rumorose. Camera comunicante con adiacente e nessuna insonorizzazione, il bambino nella stanza a fianco ha pianto tutta la notte e stremati abbiamo chiesto un cambio camera che non ci e stato concesso. Scortesia totale della direzione.

Leider haben wir nicht im hotel katja das zimmer und service bekommen. Was wir bezahlt haben.es wurde uns gesagt. Das sie überbucht sind. Das ist leider eine masche um leute. Zu fangen. Die vier sterne die das hotel hat enspricht nicht der leistung und komfort. Wir werden mit sicherheit nicht mehr dieses hotel buchen. Für uns. Ist es nur 2 stern

Anreise um 8:00 Uhr morgens - Liegen erst um 13:00 Uhr bekommen; Pool ohne WC Anlage, ohne Schirme und ohne Liegenauflagen; sehr unfreundliches Personal; jeden Tag neue Zuordnung der Liegen, Service des Zimmerpersonals mangelhaft (in 3 Zimmern war der Seifenspender kaputt - keine Reparatur)

Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Unfreudliche Mitarbeiter beim Check-in, keine Information wo sich die Liegestühle befinden, kein Mitarbeiter am Strand.Zimmer und Bad klein- Balkonlicht nicht zum ausschalten- wird vom Hotel gesteuert. Minibar Preise total überhöht-dafür gab es Plastikbecher anstatt Gläser. Restaurant im Tiefpaterre, keine Sicht nach außen, Atmosphäre eines Bahnhofrestaurants-Tische sehr eng nebeneinander- kein Gespräch möglich. Der Gipfel der Unverschämtkein war die sofortige Bezahlung der Rechnung- ist mir noch nie passiert.War froh nur eine Nacht gebucht zu haben.

gute Lage zum Strand Sauberkeit Sehr unfreundlicher Empfang. Wir mussten das Zimmer in den ersten 5 Minuten unserer Anreise bezahlen ohne es überhaupt zu sehen!! Familienzimmer unzumutbar klein! Wir werden hier nicht mehr buchen!

La pulizia delle stanze - davvero pulite, complimenti! Le dimensioni delle stanze non corrispondono a un albergo a 4 stelle, se prenoto una stanza per tre non desisero un letto da aprire appeso al muro. Questa è una stanza per due con un letto aggiunto.

Nagyon kicsi volt a szoba, szinte szorongtunk. Nem nyújtotta azt a színvonalat amire az árából következtettünk volna.A medence kicsi, nem beszélve a környékéről: kopár, jellegtelen, zsúfolt.A tengert egyáltalán nem lehetett látni, pedig ez csak a 2. sorban lévő szálloda. Nem voltam megelégedve egyáltalán. Sajnálom, de nagyon rossz volt a benyomásom a szállodáról. Reggeli minden nap ugyanaz. A személyzet kedvetlen, nem segítőkész.

breakfast was very nice, also the place is quite good, close to the beach, although the beach is the usual Nord Adriaric coast, not very clear sea and sand.. Very expestive, very - very small room, swimming pool not allowed to use after 9 pm, extra costs (for extra bed) was not translated to Hungarian correctly!

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Das unfreundliche Hotelpersonal im Speisesaal, der sich übrigens im Keller befand und in dem man ganz beengt sitzen musste, auch das Personal an der Rezeption hätte etwas mehr Freundlichkeit aufbringen können, allein die Begrüßung: "Ach Sie kommen von booking. com, dann müssen Sie die Rechnung sofort begleichen!!!!!", das war der erste Wortkontakt.
